“Don' t even think about changing to another hotel in the area!”

They have upgraded since our last visit and have done a good job. Their breakfast is the best with excellent service to and from the airport. We left our vehicle there for 2 weeks while on a trip, and they graciously jump started the battery when we returned. and found a dead battery. You won't be sorry if you stay with Best Western - Hapeville.

“Great Stay”

I ended up in Atlanta a lot sooner than expected. They allowed me to check in early for a small fee, which was excellent. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Rooms were quite spacious and well kept.

“Great hotel for long or short stay”

Stayed here for 3 nights and everything was great! Check in was great, staff was great, room was clean, everything was working to my satisfaction, except, we had a big screen HD TV and no HD Channels ( I know its small but still notable). This hotel is really close to the airport and I75, but we had no noise issues from either. The iHOP in the parking lot was great, ate there every morning! Would recommend to anyone to stay!

“Great if going to local event or traveling”

Great staff. Clean, looks like recent renovations in some areas and room could use an update, pool area in process of renovation but we only stayed overnight so it did not matter. Location for concert or airport good but other than that, nothing nearby. Good breakfast. Exceptional for the value. Would recommend.

“Would stay again”

I reserved a room at the hotel for a weekend. After arriving early into Atlanta, the hotel gave me the opportunity to check in early into my room. The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. My room was very clean. You could tell the hotel had just been remodeled. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean. The breakfast bar in the morning had a lot of options and all the food was good. My only complaint is that you can hear the TV, talking, or other noise coming from the next room. While although it wasn't extremely loud or constant, the bit of noise can be distracting and irritating. Overall, the stay was wonder and conveniently located by the Airport and downtown.
