Everything was perfect.Posted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Staff is #1
Cons: sandwich vending machine for odd hour customers flying in.
Location: Nothing to do near me. No restaurants. Isolated but that is ok.
Everything was perfect. The only thing I could suggest is that your customers who come from back West or even International were looking for a light snack or dinner. Nothing in walking distance. You have a beautiful large kitchen, if you were to at least have not only your breakfast buffet, do a evening light dinner (sandwiches or salads) for the guest who are hungry, been on a flight for the last 10 hours and need a little something. The take out service is too large for just 1 person. That or have a sandwich vending machine. Remember, 9pm is 6 Pacific. Besides that... I will stay and recommend to others.

Overall good stayPosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: close to the airport, clean room, comfortable bed
Cons: call ahead shuttle service would be more convenient especially for guest traveling on business.
Location: Airport is about 8 mins away but as far as food options, there isn't much around. I ended up just eating at the airport to get a wider variety of food
Stayed for the night for a conference. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were large and the bed was comfortable and clean. You can tell it's a bit of an older hotel but has been upgraded nicely. I also really appreciated the luggage hold service My only recommendation would be in regards to the shuttle service. It runs every 30 minutes which is kind of inconvenient so you really have to be mindful of the times.

Lobby was torn up. I could easily hear others. BadPosted Feb 6, 2014
Cheap hotel with awful service. Waited for an hour for the small shuttle. Hotel was only five minutes away!!! Reception made no effort to pay for the cab I eventually had to take before getting frostbite. Noisy neighbors heard easily through door. Lobby was torn up. Just a teal cheap hotel. Only if you are really tight on money would I recommend this dump.

NicePosted Feb 1, 2014
No issues. Was all good. Not bad for the price. It wasn't in the best area but the area didn't seem dangerous just not much civilization. But overall I would recommend I would recommend for those not trying to spend a lot but still be someone decent.

Stayed during Leon storm in AtlantaPosted Jan 31, 2014
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: The facilities
Location: Not much
Staff were amazingly cheerful. You can be sure they must have been understaffed as roads were impassible. Yet all staff were so cheerful and kind. Shuttle driver to front desk clerk to housekeeping. Dina in housekeeping was so charming and patient I hated to leave. The room was as depicted. I slept through breakfast so no comments there. The little outdoor pool was covered in ice. The jacuzzi was a tiny lttle square box so don't look forward to that. This was no luxury hotel but the staff makes it a must visit.

The staff went out of their way to help.Posted Jan 31, 2014
Pros: see above
From the shuttle driver to the receptionist, the hotel staff worked hard to make my stay pleasant. This was the week of the snow storm in Atlanta that left thousands stranded in their cars. The shuttle drivers continue to bring in people from the airport and the receptionist did well in handling the issues for these people. I give them high marks for their effort and will be pleased to recommend the Best Western Hotel on Phoenix Blvd. in College Park, GA
