OK but better value close by....

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Great reception staff.
Cons: Manage worker noise better - not great to have work done literally outside your door into the evening. Nothing abusive, or innappropriate, just annoy
1st off, reception staff were excellent. However, the room itself was not on par with other hotels in the area. Not sure about the price difference - this was chosen because it was slightly less than other (Hilton/Marriott) that are very close but that price represented a discount for specific conference guests. While my company saved a few bucks, the difference between the two was significant and had I known, I personally would have paid the difference. The bathroom at my hotel was very small, only a stand up shower (not a big deal, but..), was fairly noisy and there had work going on outside the room the 1st night right up to about 9:30 pm.

Nice Room & Lobby. Poor Exterior.

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: The inside of the Room & Lobby
Did not expect our room entrance to be an exterior entrance! Did not expect to have to pay $15/night for Parking. Would have had to pay an additional $15 for parking if we left our car there while we spent the day at Georgia Aquarium!

April 2015 Stay

Posted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: Breakfast area, Attention to request for things to be fixed need to be taken seriously.
Location: Coke, CNN, Aquarium
The TV had no local channels. The channel selection sequence was wrong and the titles and captions were in Spanish. My request to fix the TV fell on deaf ears. The breakfast area carpet is disgustingly soiled beyond belief with spilled food ano other unknown stuff. It was deplorable. Only one of the two elevators worded and there is only one baggage art for the entire facility.

Perfect for a pup too!

Our dog sitter fell through last minute so we picked this hotel because it allowed dogs (not just small ones) for a decent price and it was close to the Convention Center. The staff were very friendly and made it much less stressful to unexpectedly bring along our dog.

Pros: close to market , included breakfast.
Cons: Clean carpets
Room was OK carpets were filthy. Need a cleaning Breakfast was fine staff was friendly. Had my truck windows smashed while at dinner, not at the hotel. Ended up leaving a day early, staff would have not charged me for sat nite but it was booked thru Expedia. I was told to contact you about refund.

Poorly remodeled and stains on Carpet

Posted Mar 14, 2015
Pros: The staff were helpful and pleasant. This is a place for people on a budget who want to be near public transport. It wasn't horrible, just not nice.
Cons: More thorough dusting, scrape off excess paint, clean the carpet, reinstall the fixtures
Location: It was close to Centennial Park and Marta, which was why I picked it.
The room had been remodeled with attractive modern fixtures, but they were so poorly installed it detracted from the quality. The toilet paper holder swiveled because it was so loose, and the TP roll would fall off. The sloppy painting made the room look perpetually dirty. Plus there were already spots/stains on the carpet. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but I just had the scrambled eggs. They were so salty I could not eat them all. I do not believe they were real eggs.

Easy access to downtown in a great location.

When I arrived, the toilet was dirty. I told the staff and they cleaned it immediately. The staff is friendly and responds to you promptly. The free breakfast was okay. Overall, it was a nice stay.
