“Not that bad!!”

Since this hotel was located in the area that was most convenient for the main purpose of my trip, I insisted on staying there -- against the recommendations of my daughter and friends in the area. To my surprise, I was comfortable, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and I felt safe coming and going -- although the hotel's location could be considered secluded. As far as cleanliness, it was ok but I was there 4 days and left tips every morning so the subsequent days, I did noticed that housekeeping gave extra attention to my room. I would recommend this hotel -- especially if you're only going to sleep there.

“NEEDED SOME WORK!”

AN OLDER HOTEL, NOT LOCATED IN A VERY GOOD PART OF TOWN! ASKED FOR A WAKE UP CALL AND IT NEVER CAME!!!! NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.

“Last Resort Hotel”

This hotel was picked by my niece due to the proximity of our family reunion. Elevator doesn't tell you which floor you are on nor is there an indication after the door open. Room looked nice, however, some previous water damage disabled the middle column and there was no power there. Had to plug the alarm clock in the corner. I asked for two beds and even called them, but when I checked-in they said they were overbooked by 15 rooms so they gave me a king with a love seat pull out. Since I was too tall for the pull out my mother slept on it...not at all what I wanted. Brand new looking microwave didn't work; no windows to open for fresh air, air conditioner was positioned next to bed and very loud! There was one vent in the bathroom over the shower head(why there?) but no switch to turn it on; therefore, bathroom window always fogged up during showers and if you use the toilet...well you get where I am going! Boiler room went out so we had no hot water for a whole day. My sister's bed leg broke. The one maintenance guy gave her husband a screw driver to take the rest of the legs off so it will lay flat, because he had to fix the boiler room. My niece who has two kids was given a free stay due to a lot of bugs in her room. Pool was slimy at the bottom. They picked the towels up but did not replace them the first two days. I had to actually ask for towels. Lastly, one guy went to his room and two hours later he checked out and into another hotel.

“Not again”

Hotel needs new bathtub, sink, toilet, and the room needs carpet. Bad area of the city.

“Was not impressed.”

My first room had no air condition or heat. So they moved me the next day into another room. The bathroom sink was clogged and it took the maintenance man all day to come and fix on the sink and the smell was hideous. I stayed in the room because the I was leaving the next day. But the wait for service was to long and unacceptable. Would not recommend!

“A Dump!”

This hotel is terrible, I would never stay there again. The rooms were dirty, the mattresses stained and filthy. The bedding was thread-bare and smelled dirty, especially the blanket and spread. I don't think they've ever washed them. I stayed there because it was close to the airport but I'd rather drive 40 miles then stay there again. Save your money unless you like dirty.

“The worst motel, I was afraid to get out of the car.”

This location is absolutely terrible. I was afraid to get out of my car to go into the hotel. The room was filthy and the bathtub would not drain.

“Strictly A Pretender!”

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions because it is the most convient to the locations that I vidit in Atlanta. Though it was rated with 1 star, The state of disrepair and sloppy housekeeping manages to stun me. If the rating scale was 1 to 100, this place may still rate a 1. The best things that I can say about Comfort Inn And Suites Airport Camp Creek, is that tolerable and over priced!

“convenient but not safe”

The full size refrigerator was the first red-flag--room for lots of beer I guess. The room also had a hot plate and microwave, but the smoke alarm had been torn from the wall, so I worried all night about the wiring shorting out. Carpet looked it had had more than its share of vomit. Volume buttons on the remote didn't work, but the volume of the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. When I mentioned these things to the manager the next morning, he brushed me off as just another unsatisfied customer. My advice is pay a little more and go to the Hampton down the street.
