Good hotel
“Nice Hotel, Great Service”
This was a nice hotel with great service.

I went for an exam in a centre closeby. I found the service to be o.k. When I was there, there was a new receptionist in training and she was left alone on her first day of work and the person to take over her shift was a few hours late without giving any notice. The new person tried to be nice about it but it was obvious she was tired. I didn't think that the other person was very considerate. The shuttle to the airport left every 30 minutes and was able to take me to my examination centre with no problem. I met three different drivers. At least two of them were really great in terms of giving information, being courteous, and making you feel comfortable. Was warned not to walk in the area when it was getting late. There is no restaurant in the hotel but the Picadilly restaurant in the adjoining yard to the back had a good selection of food. All in all in was a pretty good experience.
“Will stay there again”
Overall, the hotel and room were satisfactory. The lavatory sink stopper did not work though, so the water could not drain. The staff was friendly.

A very nice hotel, the employes were very friendly and helpulf.
“Useful rather than beautiful”
Near airport and Interstate connections. Staff very helpful. Room and facilities fine, but a lack of "eating places" near by.

The wireless service could not be acessed and no service was rec'd. It was about 8 at night, but we never got connected
“Not far from downtown”
The hotel was close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes away from downtown Atlanta. Room was good, had to hold toilet handle down for it to flush and sink got backed up but other than that it was a good stay. Shuttle was on time to take me back to the airport.
“From Bad to Good!”
We landed @ATL late night. We had trouble finding the hotel due to being new to the area. It took us 3 tries to get into our room the fourth time the night clerk came up and found out the lock had a low battery! Up graded our room to a jaccuzi suite! It was a great end to a hectic day of travel.
“Average”
We flew in to Atlanta with the purpose of driving to the Talladega race on Sunday. We got to the hotel and our room was not ready, no big deal we had a 10 minute wait. We asked the staff for a suggestion for a nearby lunch and they all came up empty. Besides an uninformative staff- no complaints. Shower was hot, room was clean,wake up call prompt, close to airport but nothing else. Recomend staying on Virginia Avenue if u want to get out of the hotel for dinner. Next time! :)
