Carpets had cigarette holes throughout Wall paper peeling in several places Light on table moved around because the base was broke. When I turned the light off the tv lost connection and was complete static. When the tv was on there was a continuous bunch of lines that ran through it. No cable on tv just regular antenna tv for the option

Dripping faucet, whole place smelled like smoke, only toiletries was a bottle of conditioner, no shampoo no soap, they said when I was booking that there was luggage storage but there wasn't, staff was unfriendly and rude.

This was beyond expectation and truly provided value for my money. The bed and the bathroom were clean and smelled good. The front desk staff are very hospitable, respectful, and always eager to help. I am definitely coming back. The only shortfall was the smell of weed in the hallways and the lifts. But, this did not stop me from having a peaceful stay here.

Really bad experience I was trying to get a car they keep telling me different reason they say if you pay by debit card, we need bank statement or something in when I bring the bank statement they told me even though you have ordered for draft protection you’ve been negative before They should not tell me that before

In my room the fire alarm started to beep at about 2:00 am I informed the person at the desk at around 8:00 am and when I returned later that afternoon it hadn't been fixed also when I looked at the fire alarm it appeared to be just hanging by electrical wires that it was attached to

It was the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life! It was burned cigarettes in the sheets they refused to even give me sheets to change them. It was nasty and disgusting ‼️

Room wasn’t clean property but I guess because I paid $48 per night and it’s not a 5 star hotel ( a staff told me that over the phone). Upon entering my room I found a wash cloth in between the shower curtain, I thought it was how they place their washcloths but upon touching it, it was wet, I realize the room wasn’t neither clean nor inspected properly. Telephone dirty and as hairs and dust on it when I took it up to make a call. Behind a night stand there was a white plastic bag. The person at the front desk gave me attitude whenever I called and ask a simple question. As if I was bothering him and shouldn’t be asking any questions (I’ll be arriving, don’t cancel my reservation, type of card is on file). On my arrival date in the morning, that person even hang up on me in the middle of me asking another question.
