Excellent Staff

Pros: Your staff is wonderful
Cons: Update rooms
Location: Great Flags is very close
For the price you pay they accomadations are great. It's clean and the hotel staff is exceptional! I thought I lost my wedding band, the young lady at the front desk and the housekeeping staff moved everything in the room until it was found behind a drawer. I would definitely stay here again. Rm 113

Staff was nice, Saw several bugs, breakfast bad

Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Liked security of inside corridors instead of street side entrances to rooms.
Cons: Cont. breakfast.eggs actually tasted like stinky feet, sausage was rubbery, would have liked boxed milk instead of pitcher, waffles were not tasty,
Location: Six flags was near by. Malls, and Walmart were close.
Staff was helpful and courteous, Vending machines not well stocked, Saw several bugs in room, at least 3 different kinds, room was clean otherwise, cont. breakfast was not so good as others, eggs actually tasted like stinky feet, sausage was rubbery, would have liked boxed milk instead of pitcher, waffles were not tasty, but it would not deter me from staying there again. Just bought my own cereal and didn't eat their breakfast.

We were looking for a hotel on the west side of Atlanta & stayed here because of great reviews. The only thing we didn't care for was the little pillows the size of throw pillows. The staff was great!

Not as good as I remembered it from 2013

My daughter and I stay here on the way home from Athens, GA going back to Memphis after the UGA Homecoming game. We stayed here in 2013 and had a wonderful experience! However, this recent stay was very disappointing. The hotel seemed very full, so we were in an outlying room. The TV was still the old kind of TV and there were few pillows/towels so I had to go asking for more. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. One lady was working the front desk AND the breakfast so everything kept running out of stock and she couldn't keep up. The value is okay, but I am not nearly as happy with my recent stay as I was the previous year. Probably won't book it again.

Nice rooms, but the staff isn't super nice and the pillows are the size of couch throw pillows for some odd reason. Beds were comfortable though besides the small pillows

Our room was clean and quiet. The mattress was a little soft, which was good for me, not so much for my husband. There was plenty of hot water and the air conditioner really cooled our room in August. Our only complaint is that the hot breakfast items are not very appealing. Overall, a good place to stay, close to the interstate.

Great place to stay, near Mall, and restaurants.

Pros: Room was clean, great A/C, nice size pool.
Cons: Desk Clerks could go to charm school.
Nice place to relax. Right off I-20 in Douglasville. Located near shopping mall, movie theater, restaurants.

I will not do business with this hotel again. I called the hotel the day we were to check in to inform them that we would be checking in late. Brittney was very polite and helpful and explained that would be no problem. We arrived just before midnight and were informed that they had no more King rooms available. This room had been reserved and paid for over a week ago. It is bad business to charge someone for one thing and then tell it's not available. The only answer I could get was that the rooms were the same rate. If I had wants 2 queen beds that is what I would have reserved.
