Rooms are old and need updating.Posted Nov 24, 2013
Cons: Updating the rooms
Smelled like a men's locker room and the fixtures were old and had been refinished. Worst Comfort Inn I had ever slept in.

Great staff rooms ok gym greatPosted Nov 4, 2013
Staff was very helpful. Room originally smelled like smoke but I specifically requested and paid for non smoking however staff was courteous and quick to switch me however the sauna was incredible gyn was practically dead empty so awesome VIP feel my only complaint was room amenities versus price paid for 12 more dollars I know I could've gone across the street and had a better bed a better shower and beer and snacks for sale in the lobby

Pleasure TripPosted Oct 12, 2013
Pros: Location to son's school
Cons: Decor and rooms need some improvement
This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. It is convenient to Emory University where my son attended. Staff ia always pleasant and attentive to our needs. Hotel is older and needs some renovation work done soon. Complimentary breakfast pretty standard for Comfort hotels. Located near I-285. Restaurants nearby offer discounts to guests. Price is OK.

Get what you pay forPosted Oct 4, 2013
The carpets did not feel clean. The towels felt like cardboard. The towel rack was rusty and appeared ready to separate from the wall. The pillows were small squares. The elevators were very slow. Everything worked. It was very quiet even though they appeared near capacity. The price was right.

We have stayed at Comfort Suites before, and have always been satisfied, but this stay was a disappointment!!! The hotel was hot and had a terrible smell. Both the bath and the sink faucet were rusted. All door hinges were rusted. The carpet smelled like a wet dog. The drawer on the desk was falling apart and hanging down. The walls are in desperate need of painting. Will not be going back!!!
Dirty room with needed updates/repairsPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room was less than impressive. Walls were filthy, needed a deep scrub and re-paint. Holes in the bedspread. Caulking around bathtub was dirty and possibly moldy, bathtub was rusty around the faucet, bottom of tub was peeling/cracking. Cracked tile on the bathroom floor. Part of wallpaper boarder in room was removed, leaving the gross yellowed glue residue behind. Bed sheets had stains. Staff was pleasant, but rooms were gross.
