DIrty, nasty, filthy and stinky!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE>Posted May 4, 2011
We traveled with our 4, 3 and 1 year old to Orlando from Michigan and needed somewhere to sleep on the way home. I was "told" the place was a 3 star and that there was continental breakfast. I totally got the name confused with a Country Inn and Suites, which I saw signs on the free way the whole ride back from Florida. When my GPS passed the "Country Inn" i already knew that it was some knock off. To say the least, when we pulled up and I saw the green tacky carpet in the waiting room with two dining tables, all non matching chairs, a 1970's tv and a nasty coffee pot, I already wondered where would the breakfast be served. The guy informed us "we aint got no breakfast here". After giving us our room key, my babies were freezing from the weather change, my husband "tried" to open our door and I'm unsure if it was a man or a woman naked looking out the window, then my husband had to go all the way back to the lobby to figure out where our room "really" was. As soon as he opened our correct room door, after giving us the wrong room number, the smell was disgusting, the room was disgusting, holes were in the bathroom door, tile was chipping from the floor and a 2x4 was holding up the sink vanity. The only good thing the room offered was a mini fridge and a microwave so we could heat up the $100.00 dinner leftovers from the night before in Orlando. After my husband had to go to the store to get plates, he came back and the microwave didn't even work.
