We recently stayed at your facility in Atlanta. The south facility. It was absolutely atrocious to stay there. We stayed 4 nights not 1 time did they clean our room or even give towels. Had to call front desk and ask for fresh towels and they would bring to us it took an hour. Breakfast opened daily LATE. We planned on having breakfast before heading out daily for our kids tournament and could not eat as it opened late. My wife was not on the room it was under me she went down and said we lost our key they just asked room number very scary! It was absolutely terrible staying here

I stayed in room 426 and the toilet wouldn't flush. I had to keep moving the toilet tank for the water to fill up. I let staff know and sent a text and nothing was done. I smashed my finger a couple times removing the top . I also asked for them to clean the room and the trash wasn't taken out. And toilet was not fixed. The towels had hair wrapped around . Some off the staff seemed annoyed and were rude when I approached them about the toilet and cleaning service.

The is was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at. The floors were all sticky and not clean. The clientele was questionable. Not sure if they were prostitutes or what but there were 5-7 people in several rooms on our floor. Loud all night. It was unbelievable. DO NOT STAY HERE. I would like my money back for that night I endured there. Awful and Expedia should be ashamed for having it be an option to book on their site.

Rude staff both when I called to ask for check in time and again when I first arrived to drop my bags around 9am. The front desk lady asked me to come back at 1 to check in or pay 30$ to check in early. We came back at 1 and the same lady told us check in was at 3. It took us a few minutes to convince/remind her she was the one who told us to come at 1 and then she corrected it and let us in. But just rude off the bat for no reason and contradictory. Place was dirty also and so were the rooms

The staff seemed like they could not careless about us and more like we were a bother. Our car, as well as 3 other were broken into at night. The hotel did not accommodate in any way shape or form with any security footage. There was a “security guard” on site, but obviously that did not make much of a difference. Please do not stay here. I stay at hotel frequently with little to no problems, but this one is at the bottom of the list.

The staff was excellent and welcoming. The option of hotel transportation is a huge plus for people needing it. I did have an issue with the cleanliness of the hotel restaurant. It was filthy. Floors were sticky. Tables were dirty and sticky as well. It was insanely overpriced for average bar food but I guess we pay for convenience. The cook and waitress were very kind it just needed a good deep cleaning.

Horrible!!!! The country inn cancelled me without any notification. The card on file with Expedia expired prior to stay. I had chosen pay at property on my reservation. When I arrived at front desk I had no room, front desk clerk did not honor the Expedia price, I called Expedia and they did nothing…talked about fine print and could care less that I had no where to stay, no compensation, no alerts, no messages, no search for other options. I booked near by hotel with Expedia app out of desperation since I needed to check multiple properties and it was after midnight at this point, Unless I see some sort of compensation for my stay on 3/1, am terminating my long standing with Expedia.

Staff was rude, smelled of weed, incense was overwhelming. Young people in the hallway making TikTok’s in front of our door at 4 am. Woke us up with laughing and music. The left when I opened the door. Our keys didn’t work when we came back to our room on the second day. The girl at the desk was rude. We weren’t told to do anything special with our keys to keep from deactivating them, and she said we can’t put them with other cards or near our phone. Info that is helpful prior to putting in our wallet and in our phone wallet. I would not stay there again. It was sketchy.

Only 2 issues. 1) it was quite noisy outside our room in the hallway late at night. 2) the tub/shower was slippery- could either use some anti-slip material or a grab bar (or both).

The room was cleaned but the building itself is dirty from main entrance into elevator to the hallways. Cigarettes and weed smoking in and around the building. Unstable WiFi. I have to go to airport to get my report done. Will not stay there again.
