Not well maintained or CleanPosted Feb 14, 2014
Pros: Front desk was warm and welcoming
Cons: Patch the hole in the wall, fix the lock on the door and make sure the bathrooms are cleaned
The check in went great. Front desk was very friendly and helpful however the room wasn't in great shape. The lock was loose from the door and the key wouldn't work. Once we got in the room it wasn't a problem we were only there one night and someone was there to let us in. There was a huge hole in the wall under the desk and the bathroom was very dirty.

Fine- nothing specialPosted Jan 24, 2014
The hotel was just ok. A little shabby in places, but clean enough. Beds were comfortable, but bed linens were rough and scratchy. The shower was extremely confusing to operate, and the water never really got warm. The complimentary breakfast was varied and generous. Staff was efficient, but far from friendly. There was a lot of airport noise, and relatively poor soundproofing. We slept fine, but have certainly had more gracious accommodations for less money elsewhere.

Conveinent to airportPosted Jan 13, 2014
Pros: The lounge is well equiped with really good drinks and a tasty menu.
The hotel is conveinent to the Atlanta airport and the inclusive shuttle service to and from the Marta train makes the inexpensive rates more appealing.

Emergency StayPosted Jan 10, 2014
My son missed his flight back to Colorado Springs, by like 14 minutes due to the weather conditions and us arriving at the airport. We needed a place to stay because he had to be back at the airport by 7 AM on the 7th and we live about 3 hours from the airport. I have always enjoyed my stays with Country Inn & Suites. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable however, it could use some maintenance. The wood on the bottom of the bathroom door was peeling off. The entry door did not have an extra dock bolt lock we only had the lock that you flip across the door. I did however appreciate the staff having a taxi to take my son to the airport because he had to leave before the shuttle was schedule to start.

Convenient locationPosted Jan 10, 2014
Pros: Conveniently located near the airport and fairly easy to navigate the city from there. Breakfast had good variety, refreshments always handy.
Cons: The gym could use some improvement - better equipment, more weights.
Location: It was fairly easy to access the city areas like Peachtree, Midtown and Buckhead from the hotel.

not goodPosted Nov 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room and bed were exceptional and the size of room was great. However the first room I was put in had an additional door to another room. Didn't feel safe with that set up. Television was outdated with a remote that didn't work. Two electrical outlets next to the bed didn't work. This felt like a one star hotel. I don't know if I will stay at country inn again.

Very close to usmle step 2 CS test centerPosted Nov 25, 2013
Staff and shuttle were perfect. Location great for step 2. Otherwise not so nice...rooms not very clean and bed not very comfortable. Restaurant is only option for dinner nearby unless you have a car, and the food is okay but considering the price it's not that good.
