Close to restaurants

Pros: Close to restaurants
Cons: Fix broken things in rooms and up date it.
Location: Food
Didn't do what the say they was going to do rude staff and hotel was not clean also pool was full of bleach and we couldn't swim room doors was broken and sink was clogged up with dirty water,kids everywhere we won't go back.

Best amongst limited choices.

Hotel staff was courteous for the most part. There was one young man working the front desk that needs training in people skills. The breakfast was good, except for the ants crawling up the wall underneath the television in the breakfast room. The pool area was a total disappointment. The hot tub had "stuff" floating in it. Sad because I truly chose this location because of the hot tub. The pool and tub needs to be closed, drained, and properly cleaned. Dumping lots of bleach into them to kill things is not an acceptable cleaning process. Carlson needs to invest some money into this location. As my title infers, good hotel options are limited. CIAS is the best amongst all, which based on this review is a shame.

Will never stay here again!!!

Worst I have ever stayed in. When we checked in the staff at the front desk was rude and rolled her eyes when we asked a question. Did not tell us anything about the hotel, breakfast, parking, pool, ect... then when we got to our room it was dirty! Dirty bathroom and towels, dirty bed and the key cards were still in the room. I asked for the room to be cleaned or a different room then she told me there was no one to clean the room and that they had no more rooms

Nice hotel

I really liked this hotel, the be was very comfortable but the room needed some work! The drawers on the dresser were missing nobs, one of the table lamps had a short and the other was broken, the pool ha alittle too much clorine other than that it was very nice good location close to a lot of shopping and resturants

Pros: I liked that fact that it was a Countery Inn and Suites because I thought they were very nice places but this one was run down and in very poor shape
Cons: Remodel and update the entire facility
The lobby looked very nice when we checked in but it all went downhill very quick from there. The room was clean but not taken care of. To get in the room the door handle would only work if you pulled up on it, the walls were marked up. The bathroom had black mold in the tun caulkiing, the sink was loose and about to fall off of the wall and the wooden shelf in the bathroom was missing most of it's finish and stain. We stayed the night because we had already paid. The next morning we headed to breakfast and walked past the pool and hot tub, both of which had a layer of scum or something that did not look good. The breakfast itself was good but all of the chairs had the covers wearing off really bad. We booked and paid for two nights but left after just one, we could not stay there it was so bad. If you choose to stay here do yourself a favor and ask to see your room and take a look at the breakfast area furniture and then make up your own mind.

Pros: Close to my business of work
Cons: Better housekeeping
Location: Not so much important to me since I there on business not pleasure.
My bedsheets were never changed for 4 nights that I stayed there.
