Nice room

It was a very nice hotel but the only problem I had was the hot water. It felt like I was taking a warm shower instead of hot.

Crap hole

Pros: The pool....and that is all
Cons: Cleanliness, staff could get a move on customer complaints, upkeep the place...was so rundown I felt I was in the ghetto
Location: Lots of things to do near hotel...located in Midtown but in the worst part of town next to Hwy 85...so you could here cars all night long
The shower was broken,nobody fixed it so a family of five didn't shower....we couldn't use the bath because of mold....it smelled and the corner siding fell off on my babies head.....NEVER go there

No shuttle on weekend

The reasonwr stayed there was because expedia said the hotel had a ahuttle. They do, it just doesn't operate on the weekend which is when we needed it.

No coffee. Ft. desk said she would have to make it. Did not act happy to do that for us. So no coffee.

Rooms facing interstate too loud to sleep

Pros: staff and bistro
Cons: Noise reduction facing interstate, replace showers and curtains and there were not enough carts for guests for luggage either time I needed them
This was the worst hotel experience I have had in a long time. The staff was good and the lobby and Bistro, nice, but the room on the third floor facing the interstate was so noisy at night, we could not rest and my daughter was in a major sport competition each morning. Also, when you turn on hot water, the showers make horrible humming noises that would wake the dead, you could hear ours and the neighboring showers....really, in a nice hotel??! I stayed here once before on the 4th floor, inner room and had a fine stay, but these older showers/rooms are not up to par. Very disappointed.

Our location is very accessible to downtown Atlanta, Georgia Tech, local restaurants and shopping. However, the downside is you may hear noise from highway. Winter weather life saver

everything ok except we had a late check in, as we used the hotel as a place to stay during a winter storm after a long work shift, and they couldn't seem to find our reservation. We were checking in after midnight and they said our reservation was for the day before and that's why they couldn't find it. Had to make a few frantic phone calls to person who made reservations but they eventually found it.

Nice place, loved the fireplace and garden area, the shuttle was so helpful, but the people really made staying there the best experience! Very satisfied and will definitely stay there next time I go to Atlanta!
