Nice place, great staff, however, water pressure was BAD, for shower, the a entites microwave and ice maker were not working on the 3rd floor, which caused us tip-off have ro travel to another floor

The check seemed very attentive except that they gave us the wrong hours for breakfast so we missed it. They were also supposed to have an accessible room in the reservation and they took a long while to find the room, finally toilet was running and my wife had to rattle the handle to fix it several times.

Great option for being close to the airport - excellent service from the team there, as well. Jada at the front desk was particularly helpful!

Close to the airport and restaurant is good. Sounds like the Ruby Tuesdays nearby is disgusting and not worth going to.

Denied reimbursement despite booking multiple days
A cancelled flight meant that I had to rebook my trip, but it was within a 24 hour window. They denied my request for a reimbursement despite staying here days before and choosing to still book with them for my second stay even after my flight cancellation.

Fresh & Clean Just the Way I Like It...
I travel for work and find a clean hotel room these days is a miracle. The cleanliness of the room in this courtyard was in my top 3 so far; because of that, I slept like a baby before catching my morning flight to work the following day. Bonus point to the convenience of the shuttle to the airport. Hats off to the housekeeping of this hotel. I will be back.

Great stay. a few comments/suggestions
van did not pick up at airport.. it was freezing. we got a ride with another hotel van who took mercy on us. The heater in the room made a loud sound but we were able to make it stop. Didn't ask for ADA room, but it was fine. Otherwise very comfortable. Should have coffee out early for early am departures.

Great place to stay since it’s clean and new. Very concise of no waste. Restaurant in hotel wasn’t bad. We although had a flashing light over our bed which was annoying but apparently it’s the fire alarm.
