One night stay for convention! perfect!Posted Mar 30, 2014
It was close enough to convention center and especially close to many restaurants--clean--great breakfast --comfortable and quiet room--nice towels and large enough bathroom and sink area!

Charge for breakfast???Posted Oct 21, 2013
$11 per person for a breakfast that anywhere else would be free? Everything else was fine.

Joyce Meyer Convention very closePosted Oct 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
We arrived in Atlanta, after driving about 5 or so hours, went to the hotel first, before going to the Gwinnett center to see Joyce Meyers. We had requested 2 queens, but was told that all they had was king. I told them that I was told that a king was all there was 2 guarantee the room, but ask the front desk to look for 2 queens after arrival. After pulling up info, they gave us a suite...2 dbl beds with a pull out couch. The suite was big, clean, updated...the only thing bad was that we didn't get to actually to spend 2 much time there.

Overall good stay minus hiccupPosted Oct 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was nice. Room was adequate. The breakfast buffet was ok, however not quite worth what you had to pay extra for. The power in only our room went out around midnight and took about 40 minutes to get restored (no discount) Other than that it was good.

Got overcharged by $76 by the hotel without any notification. Noticed on the second day of my stay. When asked about it, the lady at the front desk said she didn't know and it didn't show anything on my account. Asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. Came back on my third day to check out and was told that I wasn't being charged anything extra by the hotel. Brought up my mobile banking and showed the other lady the charge. She ALSO was clueless. Now I'm having to deal with this on my own time. I never even signed anything upon checkin or checkout. Stay clear of this place. Try the Hyatt next door.
