Reasonable rate and friendly staff

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: location (close to my final destination and easy to get on highways)
Cons: AC noise and some sound proof between rooms
Location: Perimeter mall and Costco (cheap gas) were near by.
I only stayed for one night. The room I stayed on the first floor was spacious with a king bed and a sofa. However, the AC was noisy all night long. I even heard the guest(s) in the next room peeking, which on top of AC noise made a short night sleep. Bathroom has a dated feel.

Thank you for your comments about the Courtyard Atlanta Perimeter Center I am sorry that your air conditioning unit was a little on the noisy side. Every once in a while a screw will dislodge and this does cause a little vibration. I will have my engineer check the units on the first floor to ensure reliability. I hope the next time you are in Atlanta you will again chose the Courtyard Atlanta Perimeter Center.

Fits the bill

Older building, updated common areas, great value for location. Only hiccup, when we checked in the clerk said we did not have breakfast included, but my paperwork showed we did. Not sure how they missed that. Next morning it was all straightened out. Also, shampoo and lotions were clearly used bottles. That's not good. Overall, a great value despite a couple imperfections.

Great place to stay

Pros: The staff.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great; very near restaurants and the Sandy Springs MARTA station. After getting back to the hotel at 3:30am from a rain delayed Braves game, the staff was very prompt and accommodating in getting us extra blankets and sheets to allow my daughter to stay in our already full room so she did not have to drive an additional hour home! We would stay here again!

Handicap room on 4th floor

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Convenience
Cons: The shower dial is backward, pointing to cold for hot.
We wanted to check-in early. The front desk was very accommodating but the only room available was handicap accessible. The positives? Location. Close to the elevator and ice. The closet space is lower. No problem for us and very wheelchair accessible but it might be an issue if you're tall and have a long garment. The toilet, sink and beds were higher than average. For two women, we would've liked more counter space. There are lots of safety bars in the shower. The room is thermostat controlled which is nice but the air conditioner does kick on and off rather loudly. There's a sliding door to a small balcony with a view of the parking lot and woods. The towels are average weight--not too thin but not super thick. Plenty of them. I found the bed and bedding comfortable. The room was super clean. The decor is modern and very nicely done. Overall, no complaints. Traffic note: You can only turn right out of the hotel. When we wanted to go left, GPS sent us on a long loop. I'm not sure if you can, but making a U-turn at the light would've been a lot faster.

Great pool area, spacious room, spacious bathroom and very comfy beds. It was perfect for us as travelling through, so didn't need to be in city centre

Amazing Staff

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Nice staff, and clean rooms and the hidden fridge was a terrific plus.
Cons: I think it is perfect.
Location: We went to Barnes and Noble signing. And Chastain Park for a wonderful concert. Found all the food places and Walgreens we needed. Was great area.
We drove all night and the wonderful clerk found us the first available room before checkin so we could sleep. The hotel was right in the center of all the Rick Springfield events we went to. Within 15 minutes. We enjoyed the pool. My son loved the treadmill in the gym. It was just a wonderful experience all around. The staff was wonderful to us. Thanks for a wonderful trip.
