“Would stay here again”

The hotel was conveniently located for the activities we needed to participate in. Would recommend to friends or fellow travelers. Will stay again if the occasion arises again.

“Good price for what you get”

I enjoyed my say. If your looking for a good hotel. Supposedly it's not in the best part of town, yet I didn't see anything to indicate that. The hotel staff are moderately friendly. They told us about a great resturant, it was awesome. I enjoyed the hotels resturaunt staff, they were genuinely nice and very helpful. The gym is dated, but all I really need is a treadmill and I'm good! The beds are very comfy, and the bathrooms are good. Overall it was a good hotel, but I will probably stay closer to downtown, if I ever go again.

“Parking Pet Peeve”

This hotel was very nice, with polite and friendly staff. The paying for parking was very much a pain and the multiple signs that read " We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle" in the parking lot was a little shaky. Over all the stay was good and the location was very convenient.

“good sleep”

They deliver on their promise for a good night's sleep. The hotel was quiet, and had excellent beds and pillows. Food was ok - I only had quick meals ordered 9 pm or later at the bar or room service, but was fine. Staff was all excellent.

Area recommendations

I was working downtown, so it would have been more convenient to stay downtown, but it was booked up except for very expensive, and here the price was right.

Getting around

Marta is so easy to use and very efficient. Love zooming along looking at the traffic on the highway not moving!

“Smokers Not Welcome”

If you want to smoke a cigarette you are banished to the patio in the cold and rain. $250 fine for violations. 20% of adult Americans still smoke. These 40 million citizens are not welcome here. Apparently Crown sees themselves as parental figures whose job is to tell patrons how to live in addition to renting rooms. A basic tolerance for individual differences would suggest that at least some of the rooms allow smoking and that there be somewhere inside where smoking is allowed. Expensive room service and lunch buffet. Thankfully Subway is next door. And when you're done paying for everything, get back on the patio where you belong.

“Great Inside, Shaky outside”

The inside of the hotel was nice. The personnel were okay, but not great customer service attitudes. The neighborhood that the hotel was in, is questionable. As I stated before, I was not happy about having to pay for use of the parking lot for the hotel. I see that as a given. It was not valet, you had to park your own car.

Not familiar enough to suggest other neighborhoods.

“Not Impressed”

The hotel was not at all what I expected. The room had a weird odor that none of us could figure, plus it was dusty. The tv service was terrible and stayed fuzzy the entire trip.

Adequate hotel. No complaints. Room was clean, but could use refurbishment. Bathroom tile had some stains. convenient to airport.
