I checked in and stayed there for three days. I never received any new bedding and I requested it twice. I called down for a new bedding, and I never got it and calling the front Numerous times, never got an answer and $50 a day for your valet parking is crazy when you stay at the hotel

I liked the hotel overall, but there were some issues. First, do not pay extra for a balcony room. When we got to the room we were disappointed to find that we could not open the door to go out on the balcony. They have sealed all balcony doors. Secondly, the elevators were super slow. Otherwise, the facility is nice.

Not that great the people at the front desk were rude, they took forever to answer the phone when I called the front desk, house keeping didn’t cleaned my room just gave me towels and I stayed 4 nights. I expected better and there is no access to the balcony, it’s bolted shut.

Close to everything downtown. I didn’t like the fact that our room wasn’t cleaned when we checked in, and the box spring was broken on one of the beds in one of the rooms that we paid for. Walking in to literal trash in our room and the linen not being changed was a big miss. I don’t know if the cleaning staff is overwhelmed, but this is a new experience for someone who travels a fair amount. Not a happy customer.

The property was nice. My room was dirty, the AC was broken and no one answers the phone at the front desk. Disappointed with the condition of the room and lack of housekeeping. Had to hunt down towels and there was trash in the hallways.

The property was basic , nothing over the top . Could use some renovations. Outdated . Rooms were spacious but had poor lighting. I couldn’t even take a mirror selfie & I was alone. No fridge in the room at the least. Ice machine was broken on my floor and I didn’t have access to other floors except the 3rd. I did like that they had a restaurant bar & a convenience shop. Hotel is located in a great location but other than that it was nothing special . Lobby was nice .

The hotel was nice, clean but needs some touch-ups. Peeling paint in bathroom. A refrigerator would have been nice. Ice machine wasn't working. First had a good breakfast. Next menu was limited and no turkey for turkey wrap when I tried to order.

The room had a horrible draft from what looked like a converted patio sliding door closed off as a window. The seals were falling apart. The cold air would billow the curtains up with the draft. The room was very cold. The noise from the street and sirens could be heard as clearly as standing outside. Not as it should be especially from the 13th floor. The room phone to call the front desk and TV remote did not work. The staff was friendly and housekeeping done well. A shame the room conditions made the stay unbearable.

the shower curtain was too short water got all over the floor room became a sauna whenever anyone used the shower. i heard mice in the walls the last night we were there. i think the beds were double not queens like we requested. they held on to my damaged deposit for almost 5 days after check out.

my food would randomly be taken out of my room and I was told that room service would not come unless I requested it. I would get food, drop it off and come back and it would be gone, I asked about this and they said room service wouldn't have combat im not sure where else it would have gone. everything else was great, the staff was friendly and the bartenders were nice.

The employee were nice and super helpful. The only complaint I had is that our room was not cleaned well at all. I found someone grill under the front of the bed and there was hair still on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower as well as some of the towels. Other than that the stay went well.

The room was surprisingly big and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The only thing that was a bit annoying is that parking is in a building down the hill and across the street. And it charges you every time you enter and leave. Once you park your car, you can go up to the 7th floor to take the connected walkway to the hotel so that you don't have to cross the street where it has no crossroad.

The room was beautiful. The toliet however was slightly leaking. The tub was kinda slippery. The 24 hr market was poorly stocked. Thoy also charge 36 bucks for over night parking. I am paying to stay at this location so was not happy with that. Those things being said id still return to stay
