“Everything was clean and nice”

The facilities are clean and nice. It might be a little far out for someone without a car but I had mine and it was fine. The service was good, the people were nice. I felt safe. There is a eggs and breakfast type restaurant sharing the parking lot so it is convenient.

“Nice little place, if a bit tatty.”

This is a little out of the way for anyone without a car, i.e. not walking distance of downtown. but if your don't mind getting the bus, the 37 goes downtown from just outside in 15 mins, and then you can access the metro easily to get anywhere else you want to go. (Check bus times before waiting at the stop it's about 1 an hour, but quick and comfortable). It's great for a traveler or someone visiting a conference on a budget. I also thought the place had a nice slightly rundown character which I like. I spent 5 nights here and enjoyed it, there was a fridge and microwave in the room and a big Wallmart about 10mins walk away. Also the Waffle house next door is highly recommended but I didn't myself try it. The room was pretty clean, comfortable, cool (air conditioned), and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The area is nice enough, I didn't see any threatening characters and felt very safe the whole time. I only mention this as another reviewer made a very melodramatic claim to have left after 30mins because they felt safer in their car.

“Not impressed for the cost.”

First, the personnel at the front desk were busy, but offered great service, no complaints. I think for the cost of this hotel, there are nearby hotels for the same price that are newer, cleaner, and/or updated. The room was not cleaned completely with dirty towels on the bathroom floor, used soap in the (leaking) tub, a beat up towel rod that keep falling down, and although it was a smoking room, the smoke smell was pretty bad and should probably be deodorized a little better. If I paid half the price, I may accept staying in a hotel in this condition. This hotel was more expensive, but closer to my destination than the other choices.

“Next Door to Strip Club”

This hotel is NOT 2 miles from the GA Dome. It is actually over 5 miles (clocked on car). The rooms are dirty and the hotel is right next to a strip club. Not a family place! If you are in a pinch and need a hotel then stay here, otherwise, find a better place with a better location.

“Below average but convenient”

Our recommendation is conditional...stay here only if it's convenient for your business or visit. The hotel did seem to have improved a bit since an earlier stay six months prior. The price can't be beat for the location but the motel has seen better days!

“Would not stay again”

The surrounding neighborhood of hotel is very poor. Strip club located in the same parking lot. Deceiving location because this is located just outside the Buckhead area of Atlanta. Expected a hotel that was well maintained. Days Inn is very old ands needs to be upgraded drastically.

it needs a major work renovation
