“Nice hotel”

The hotel room was clean. The staff was friendly. I felt secure and it was quiet. The room was great and the continental breakfast as well. Next time I come I will stay again.

“Very friendly and helpful staff!”

Very good experience. We had 5 rooms and each room was clean and well kept. Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. No complaints.

“Not Impressed”

The quality of the hotel room was not what was expected. The hotel clerk checked me into a handicapped room. which does not have a bath tub drain stopper. The clerk did not notify me when I checked in that he would be putting me in that type of room.

“Indoor swimming pool is good.　”

Breakfast was not so good.

“You get what you pay for”

The hotel front desk was very nice. The breakfast was what was to be expected. The rooms smelled like mold, and the hot tub was cold. I only saw two staff members the entire three days. Bring your own towels...very scratchy. All in all you get what you pay for.

“Sub-par”

One of the first things we noticed was the main hallway was very dirty. The room wasn't bad but the refrigerator and coffee maker were in the bathroom which was a turn off. The walls are very thin we could hear every conversation in the room next to us, luckily they didn't stay up too late.

“CAN DO BETTER”

This was suppose to be a no smoking environment, but the hotel reap of cigarette smoke all through the day in which in my family cause was disgusting since we are a no smoking family. The property seems to be in need of restoration throughout, worn carpet, cracked molding in bath room, and little to no outlets for computers there was extension cords everywhere in the room. In addition, I had to ask for extra towels and washcloths for our room everyday I kept reminding the front desk that there was a family of four people in the room and please restock the room accordingly which never happen throughout our stay. The best thing out of the entire trip was the inside pool, but there was no pool towels ever in sight again one has to go before going swimming or during to ask for pool towels. The maintenance at the hotel seriously needs some improvement along with the breakfast.

Sorry Mr. Patel, but I wasn't very impressed by your professionalism and the way you handled yourself in any of the situations that came up in our stay. From your intimidating conversation with Expedia to the way you talked to my son for moving a lawn chair at the pool you need to take a class on human kindness. The hot tub was a joke. To be called a hot tub it should be warmer than the pool. The breakfast was a joke. Thank God you had a waffle maker or I would just tell you to skip the breakfast all together. 5 channels (one being one of the main three) didn't have sound the two days that we were there. Thanks for bringing a remote control down to the room when we couldn't find one in the room when we got there. I had the yuukkyy feeling that you wanted to look in our luggage. It's just the way you come off. You act like you are doing somebody a favor by letting them stay at your mighty hotel. Sir, there are too many hotels for you to act the way you do. I know I will be searching for a different one the next time I'm in the area. I had the feeling that you don't really even care about that. I do have one suggestion that could help you in the future. Hire some good help and leave the hotel occasionally. It could do you a world of good. If you are married, go enjoy your family. It doesn't look like you enjoy running a hotel. Maybe the R & R will rejuvinate you and your attitude and you will be a better host because of it. Have a great day.

bed's were hard - bathrooms not very clean

The bed was uncomfortable. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Towels were not replaced daily.
