I am grateful for the staff that responded immediately but I was concerned that I had to call someone to fix the toilet. My mother had to use the bathroom in the lobby out of fear of the toilet over flowing.

Pros: Very nice & clean facility. Staff was very nice and helpful. Cons: Our room was in the back. Noicy from the highway traffic, will choose a room in the front the next time. Doubletree is known for it's cookies. We checked out at 10:00am. No cookies available to go, sad about that.

The air conditioning didn’t work. The staff fixed it, but it was an issue. Please for god sake, disable the motion detection on your thermostats!! It makes sleeping difficult when the air conditioning turns off while you are sleeping!!!

This hotel was still booking people knowing they did NOT have a working heating system. The front desk people are rude as hell like we were supposed to know the heater was out. Not a short outage, they did not mention it would be out for weeks! This booking was during the beginning of winter season and I had to ask them for other options because I could not stay there with no heat. Mind you they were using space heaters in the lobby to keep warm themselves. They then said that had a sister location that was up the road. Short story is they charged me for my stay twice and would not give me my money back after calling both hotels and leaving numerous messages. I had to dispute it with my bank to get my money back almost 3 months later.

This property was a mess. The first night I arrived. I had a salad from the bar which ended up including brown lettuce that could have been moldy. The waiter admitted it. It was old, so I got a refund and DoorDash dinner that night. There was no trashcan in the hotel room. The towels had yellow stains on them. The final night we were forced out of our room and forced to change rooms because they had promised the entire floor to another party. I had to pack up all of my stuff and move to another hotel room upstairs. Later, I found out that this was because there was a swinger party downstairs and they wanted to have the whole floor booked out. they promised to give me my final night free, but ended up overcharging in the end. Now I’m working with my bank to get a refund. This entire trip was a mess in this hotel. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. They consistently ran out of food and did not have good customer care whenever I need things to be fixed.

The overall stay at Double Tree was quite pleasant. Initially, we had an issue with the cooling thermostat at the room and the staff were quick to address the issue and give us an alternate room That said, the location of the hotel is great and has ample parking. The one major feedback for improvement would be the quality of pillows. They were extremely soft and the head would sink in completely and would make for uncomfortable night's sleep. If guests could be given a choice of firmness of pillows it would be great Other than that, nothing much to add and this location and hotel should be in consideration set for those looking to visit the usual attractions in Atlanta

The elevators are dirty and the floor was disgusting. I was very shocked to see the condition of the property. The first room I walked in smelled like smoke so I turned around immediately and asked for a different room. When I walked in that room, the main light switch didn't work. Thank goodness I was only here for a night because the property has no hot water starting tomorrow. UGH!

I am going to start with the pros...Jacqueline and Linda at the front were hands down amazing, friendly, and accommodating. Cons: the construction noise beginning at 2am will make you want to absolutely lose your mind. The swingers convention on floors 2 & 3 did not help with the noise or parking on the third night of our stay. The air in the room was broken and attemped to be fixed, but remained extra warm in the room. I have stayed at many Doubletree hotels in the past, but this was, by far, the worst experience I have had. My 11 year old daughter and I checked out early and stayed at a different hotel for our last night (where we actually got some sleep). Again, major props to Linda and Jacqueline. They were simply incredible.

Overall place wasn’t bad. Could’ve been better. The bathroom needs renovation. I stayed for 3 days housekeeper never showed up. Went down to front desk to ask for some housekeeping service on our way out to go about our day. Never came. Horrible service.

This property was terrible. Under renovation. Room dirty. Staff uncaring. No ice available. Room not cleaned with fresh linens until I asked and then told service was only available every other day!!! I should receive a refund!!!!! Scared to sit on loveseat in room due to stains! Bug on lamp! I could go on and on.

The vents had black mold. The bathroom vanity had blown lights. I reported it to front desk. No one took care of it. The walls had poor patched jobs and it appeared the hotel was under construction.

My room AC did not work. I had to change rooms three times. My room was never cleaned during my stay . I had to ask for clean towels . The bedding covers were stained . The tub was stained .

The staff at this property was friendly. particularly Jaqueline, who had to find us another room as the AC was broken in the one we were assigned. That same room had tiles not closed in the ceiling, no phone that worked, mirror with something growing on it. The second room at least got cold but had 1 towel for a room that could house 4 people, no soap, no information about anything the hotel offered, no do not disturb sign. Parking is free, however WiFi was not and breakfast was $14.50. The complimentary cookies were not baked enough. A $100 deposit was taken for charges for potential incidentals. If Doubletree accepts this as their standards I will never be staying at another and for sure not this one. Beware the nearby Hampton Inn is there sister property, and if they cannot manage this one I would have no hopes for that one either.

Heat did not work in the room, set the heat for 72, since it was quite cold that night, went to dinner and when we returned it was only 62 degrees. Staff was nice but would not stay here again

The pictures online are more polished than what the hotel actually looks like in person. The room doors all have scuff marks on it, wall paper is buckling and some mold looking spots on the ceilings. The actual rooms are small. Our toilet seat was extremely worn, had scuff marks and dents. I had to place tissue down each time I used it. The tub was had old marks and the shower curtain seemed old. Water not hot either. Overall, i would not come baxk

If I could rate this property a zero I would. I have never booked through Expedia at an unsafe hotel both inside and out. Expedia didn’t compensate me by moving the reservation to another hotel to ensure I had another place to stay other than their advertised hotel, such as this one. Expedia has failed me during this traumatic experience at this hotel.

Lousy Service
The property was run down. The couch in my room was outright scuzzy. In addition there was no maid service to my room during my 3 day stay: bed was never made, the towels never exchanged. At check out I asked why this was the case. The clerk told me that was because I never requested service!! That since the pandemic ( WHICH HAS BEEN OVER NOW FOR 3 YEARS!!!) the maids do not enter the room unless it is asked for. NO one told me that at check in. Besides I have NEVER heard of such a thing in any other hotel. Joe the bartender and Jackie, one of front desk clerks were wonderful but overall it was lousy service.
