The hotel staff were extraordinarily friendly and helped however they could. I liked the fact that they checked in with me hours after I checked in to find out if I needed anything. The location of the hotel is very close to multiple restaurants, Walmart, target, etc (all within 3-5 miles). The bonus was the delicious cookies at the front desk 😆😋. I would definitely stay again if in the area!!!

Ive stayed at this hotel many times years ago. This time it seems very old out dated decor...everything is brown,grey dark looks dirty! The back parking in evening was filled with utility trucks, didnt appear safe! My room was facing the interstate, traffic noise was very loud from early morning to late evening, didnt sleep well. Front desk clerk not very friendly, seems annoyed or bored but not smiling or welcoming. I waited until they had convo before acknowledging me for checking. My room was clean neat, but hate the weird air pillows, need 4 to sleep comfortably.

I am very sorry to learn your experience was not the best. Please note our hotel is home to many companies such as utility staff who also use our parking lot during their stay. We are again very sorry that made you feel unsafe. Because of our location some rooms face the interstate, and it may be noisy some nights. It's great to mention at check in and we will ensure yours will face the back parking lot. The staff not being friendly is very unacceptable as we train our team to the highest level which should add value to our guest experience. The stay was great for the price. The service was prompt and efficient, the texts to check if I needed anything were a nice surprise. The room was comfy although some paper was peeling off the wall, and some of the finishing in the bathroom had seen better days. The halway had a faint smell of cigarrettes.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff
The staff were all extremely friendly. Cookie upon arrival of course. The hotel is safe and surprisingly quiet for being situated next to an interstate. The hotel is a bit dated but so are most. A bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated but otherwise absolutely no complaints and would stay there again.

Check-in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were amiable and helpful. The hotel was clean. The bar and restaurant were very nice. The food was good and they had great drinks. The wait staff and bartenders were all great. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book here again.

Double Tree was reasonably priced but very very nice. Located in the Northlake area of Atlanta- a bit more quiet & less busy than in the heart of the city. The hotel interiors and bathroom were contemporary and quite posh. It was a very lovely and comfortable environment.

The hotel stay itself was fine, but there are several things that need to be fixed or updated. For example, the toilet in our room ran all night and the vanity had chips in it. Just looked run down. The staff was great though and the bed and bathroom were both very clean. I would stay again, but would like to see them put cameras in the parking lots and fix the minor maintenance issues.

The Doubletree Hotel is excellent, but the location is not that great. The staff were excellent and the hotel is very clean. The streets and the parking lot at the hotel are in need of repair.

The assistant manager was curt and unsympathetic when I told her the address listed on Expedia did not match the GPS address for the hotel, which caused me to drive around NE Atlanta in rush hour for a long time looking for the hotel. (The GPS address shows the hotel is in Tucker, GA, but on expedia it was listed as Atlanta.) The hotel is in need of some updating, especially the beds and carpeting. My mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom vent was very dirty. The cleaning staff knocked loudly on my door before 8 am when I was still sleeping. The towels, cosmetics, and in-room coffeemaker were great, though. The hotel was overall clean and quiet, and the restaurant in the lobby had good food.
