Pros: I like the courtesy of night desk clerk, the 3 mile radius shuttle service and the modern look and cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: Our housekeeper did not clean our room during our stay. We had to request fresh towels to be brought to our room multiple times.
We were locked out of our room upon returning from a night out on the town at 3am. The electric door lock battery died, therefore we could not get into our room. The desk clerk was very accommodating and put us up in another comparable room for the night, even offer breakfast the following morning.

Rude staff, mediocre roomsPosted May 30, 2014
Pros: There was nothing special about this place.
Cons: The rude staff and DISGUSTING BATHROOMS
Location: We went to Coco Cubana and had an amazing experience.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this location on our way to Little Five Points. We were under the impression that our room would have a balcony as stated in our room description but there was only a sliding glass door that did not open. The bath mats in the bathtub lifted up to reveal tons of hair so we did not use the shower because it was so nasty. Our room was right beside an exit door and we did not notice that there was no reentry. We went to my car to make sure we had everything we needed and we tried to go back in the door we had came in but saw that it was locked and went in through the main entrance. When we got to the hotel lobby, a security guard approached us and very loudly asked if we were trying to get in through the side door. Of course, we said that we were and didn't realize it would be locked. She proceeded to say "Well you can keep trying to get in but I'm going to keep locking it back every single time." "You only go in through this entrance" She acted like were were criminals and completely RUINED our experience that was already not going so well because of our disappointing room. Everyone in the lobby turned to look at us and it was very embarassing. I could understand if we had done it more that once but all we did was pull on the door and walk away after we realized we couldn't get in. This place is very unprofessional and I really wish I had drove a little bit farther and stayed at The Westin where I had originally planned. DON'T STAY HERE!

This hotel was just what I was looking for, for this trip. It was just right in the distance from everything that I planned on attending. Would definitely recommend this to a friend or employer to stay. The front desk staff was amazing. Those cookies were amazing as well as those Granny Smith Apples.

Nice hotel, everything is clean and tidy.Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, and tidiness of the operation.
Cons: Better TV Coverage.
Location: Near I-285 bypass around Atlanta and Stone Mountain is about 15 minutes away. A good spot to sepnd a Sunday afternoon.
This is a clean, well-maintained hotel. The rooms are fine. The only problem I enountered was the TV when we tried to watch the Final Four final game. The TV station was in and out, even in the bar, which is where we went find a clear station. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Satisfied CustomerPosted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: Comfort, friendly staff and convenient location
Location: Excellent location with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Near major highway for easy access to travel.
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Beware of the complimentary chocolate chip cookies as they are delicious and potentially addictive, particularly if you're trying to count calories. Room was very clean with excellent amenities. The King Size bed was very comfortable, even to my wife who has particular concerns relative to the softness of the mattress. The designated Hilton Honors floors were also a plus with added perks. Hotel is very convenient to many stores, restaurants and the main highways. Parking was plentiful with easy access to elevators and hotel entrance.
