I had a ridiculous experience in the hotel. After check in, the front desk assigned my room to other quests again. When they (the guests) opened the door with their door card and saw me inside the room, both us shocked.

Hard Rock Cafe Event

Posted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: usual hotel, room a little small, but very nice stay
Cons: charging $30 a night for parking is far to much
Location: aquarium just blocks away, Hard Rock Cafe the other direction and close
A block from all the attractions and the main street

Business in Atlanta

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: options for parking
Location: Attended a small trade show near by
Great location. Not sure liked the "only vallet" parking option, $ 30.00 day. Rooms walls must be old style, no sound insulation, any noisy from other roons can be heard. If you are there just to spend a nigh and is looking for Downtown location, this is the place. URF.

Coming in late at night, the area was a little sketchy, but once inside it was very nice

Good hotel in the center of Downtown Atlanta

Posted Nov 11, 2014
The hotel is in a great location, near most major Atlanta attractions. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Overall, it is a nice hotel for its price and would definitely recommend it.

I stayed 5 nights, requested shower cap and sawing kit. The reception said that would be no problem but I never received them. Some days, staff would forget to refill the coffee or giving me the new glasses. Bathroom would have really strong scent of cleaning solution (bleach).

Nice enough, but don't expect any free extras

Posted Nov 11, 2014
Pros: Location and appearance. Floors require room key to access on elevator.
Cons: Some kind of free breakfast to be included, and room could have been cleaner.
Location: Aquarium, restaurants, theatre, and university
Found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, and the facilities appear above average. Room was larger than some, but not exceptional. Found significant dust bunnies floating around the in-room coffee pot and desk areas. No microwave, no refrigerator, wifi limited to one hour without charging for more, no free coffee or breakfast waiting, and a snack bar with high prices that was closed on Sunday morning. Location was convenient enough, but I would have expected a few more perks at the room rate.

Great location, not so great hotel

Posted Nov 10, 2014
The description needs to mention that there is ONLY valet parking. At $30/day I would have picked a different hotel.

Don't trust

Posted Nov 7, 2014
Pros: walking distance to phillip's arena
Cons: Treat your guests better, do not lie to them
Beware of this hotel, if you are told you can smoke on the balcony, get it in writing. I was charged a huge fee for something I was told I could do and they will not reverse it. Shady operation.
