“Spacious stay”

From the front desk to the actual room , what a treat for the price. We were issued a room just adjacent the elevato so I thought because of the good price we would have to suffer with hearing the elevator all night. Well it did not happen. I love what the Double Tree offers.

“Very Comfortable”

We really enjoyed the situation of our rooms (we stayed there twice in one week). We requested the king bed with a pull-out sofa for the kids. I appreciated the fact that the bed / sitting area were separated by double-doors with separate bathroom entrances for privacy. The kids thought this was extremely cool as well! The second room we booked had a jacuzzi (again, a big hit with the kids) and a balcony overlooking the galleria. Our kids thought it was super--not like any other hotel we had stayed in. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and attractive. I would stay there again, without hesitation.

“Mattress a little uncomfortable. However, I would DEFINITELY return!”

Jennifer was very sweet! Every time I asked to purchase a cookie, she gave me a cookie. When I left she was a little upset but still managed to send me home with a warm cookie and smile. Please tell her I am praying for her and hope whatever it was has worked out on her behalf!

“I Liked IT”

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Atlanta - Galleria was a nice place to stay. Only thing i Didnt like was you had to pay a daily fee or internet. And I Believe they didn't have an ice machine. Also they had a nice flat screen tv with a few basic channels. Overall, I will stay AGAIN.

“Overall great experience”

Couldn't ask for more for the price!!! Very satisfied!!! Room was very large and the bed was extremely comfortable with the down bedding. Only a 15 minute drive from downtown ATL. Definately will stay here again.

“Not impressed”

First night coming in, noticed food sitting out in the corner hallway which we had to manuver around just to get to our room- no biggie, we figured maybe the other guest just put it out moments before- then the next morning we saw the same food still sitting in the same spot- returned later that evening - still same food same spot. That to me is unacceptable- Hotel clean crew had to actually walk around it just to clean our room? how lazy can you be? also, the chair that was at our desk has a big rubber chunk bitten/ chewed out of the arm- very very unimpressed. Very misled, we figured if its owned by Hilton, it must be nice.Never staying at a Doubletree again.
