“Best Birthday Getaway”

This hotel was great, my family planned a weekend getaway for one of my sons whom loves swimming and this hotel has an inside pool. The weekend we scheduled for the pool was closed due to repairs. My son was very upset and in tears the front desk person on duty assisted with calling expedia and Hanna from expedia change our reservation to the following week in which the pool would be back in working order. It turned out to be a very good weekend for the entire family. Thanks Drury Inn in Norcross and Thank you, Expedia with the team efforts of both my seven year old was able to be aqua boy all weekend long.

“Very Enjoyable!”

I was particularly pleased to find the hotel extremely clean and well-kept...The room furnishings were excellent and the room smelled great! The breakfast provided was quite adequate and the hotel staff were cordial and responsive. Great location next door to an excellent restaurant.

“Rude young girl at check in”

The young girl at check in was rude to my husband. She first called him my "slave" and told him to get the bags from the car. When he returned with the bags, she told him he had to call me "master". My husband almost chewed her out at the 3rd slight she gave him when she insisted he say "master". Although I thought the first comment about him getting the bags was cute, it got old REAL FAST! Other than THAT, we had a wonderful stay and the hotel was beautiful and we would stay again. One needs the room key to open the gate to enter or exit the parking lot. When checking out, remember to keep one room key until you pull out to the front door to load the suitcases - otherwise you have to wait until someone at the hotel opens the gate.

“Drury Inn in Atlanta”

Great value. Very clean hotel, great staff and the munchies at 5:30 was great the day that we had eaten a late lunch and just wanted something light.

“Room 408”

The only problem I had with the room was that the air-conditioning unit was REALLY loud (like an idling semi-rig). We were so tired that we could sleep through it; however, the unit in room 408 needs to be replaced. I stayed with two friends who had never stayed in a Drury Hotel before, and we ALL loved the breakfast, it was excellent. I stay in Drury Hotels whenever I go to a city that has one, so I was already familiar with them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Drury Hotels to others.

“Couldn't ask for more.”

Everything needed in a hotel was here. Was again impressed with the accomodations, the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. May not be the fanciest hotel chain, but for a room, there was nothing that the higher rated hotels have that topped this one.

“okay for brief stay”

hotel was easy to access from I-85, but little harder to return to interstate. easy check in-room/bathroom very clean and maintained. beds soft, somewhat lumpy. air conditioner cool enough on arrival-when returned to room that evening, room warm-turned thermostat down somewhat but room only cooled off to about 78degrees-acceptable but not cool as we had wished. Also when trying to take shower, about 1/2 of the water was not diverted and continued to pour out of tub spout-made it hard to rinse hair! when told clerk at front desk, he said they would look into it and wrote the note on a small post it note he left on the pad-problem was not corrected while we were out during the day, and same conditions existed that night. complimentary wifi worked well-didn't have opportunity to eat hotel breakfast or evening snacks so can't comment. overall, acceptable place to stay-no frills but clean, wish had been a little cooler.
