“Superb value for money”

It was really nice. From the time i was at the airport, i got the shuttle on time as stated by the desk agent at the hotel. Then after getting there the check in process was quick too. I think i got done in like 2-3 mins. They had my reg card and my keys ready so it took very little time.The rooms are really nice. It was quite and peacefull. In short: Clean rooms, Clean overall, Friendly Staff. Good Value for money.

“Good place to stay at a fair price”

We stay there twice a year....its not the newest hotel......but its a good place to sleep and shower and its located close to some nice restaraunts.....

“Economy and comfort”

The hotel is located near the Atlanta airport and has free shuttle service. My room had an extremely comfortable bed. The owner was quite polite and friendly, and the room didn't cost an arm and a leg.

“Serves the purpose”

This hotel is suited to the traveler that requires a short overnight accommodation while on a tight budget. While the room was very small (just enough space for one double bed and a dresser), it served the purpose...a comfortable bed, bathroom with shower, TV with cable and extremely close to the airport. Don't expect a ritzy, fancy, oo-la-la atmosmphere here. This is a very basic establishment at a basic price.

“Good hotel just to stay overnight.”

It's not a nice hotel, looks old, someplaces are smelly and in bad maintenance, but it's well located, good price, transportation included from/to the airport with good speed internet included, front desk personnel in the morning (Calvin) was very helpful and kind, besides of the breakfast they include.

“I'll stay again”

Nice to do night sleeping and the free (please give tips) airport shuttle start 5:15 am until 12 midnight. Small room but comfortable. I'll stay again.

“Good location, Bad Hotel”

The only reason I had chosen this particular hotel for my one night business stay in Atlanta, was because it was the cheapest and I did not have a car. Fortunately, the hotel had an airport shuttle running every half hour, which made it easy for me to get to and from the airport which is also where the train station is located that takes you right into the city. This is only good thing I will say about the hotel. The hotel itself is kind of run down and small. The service is slow and not very professional. It took me over a half hour to check in because the service desk employee was just naturally a very slow-moving person and was doing multiple things at the same time as checking me in, which did not seem to need to be done at that time. Also, the computer was freezing during my check in and others' check outs. Once I got to my room, it seemed clean, however, there was mouse/rat droppings all over the furniture and the hvac must have been broken because it was completely damp and humid for my entire stay. I was damp and shivering the whole night. Also, the water did not get very warm and it ran out after a couple minutes of being in the shower. The only thing I can say is that they were not mean or rude and they did try to accomodate me regarding my checkin and out times. Also the shuttles were very convenient for me personally.

“Reasonable accomodation at a good price”

The rooms were relatively small and somewhat noisy, but were clean and the bed was comfortable. At one quarter the price of our previous accomodations they provided a reasonable value. I would stay there again if I was on a tight budget and needed a place by the airport in Atlanta.

“Nice staff, good location, poor facility condition”

Tissue holder popped out of the wall when you pulled a tissue. Holes and gaps in the wall and ceiling where appliances such as air conditioner were mounted. Sloppy trim painting (obviously free-hand with a course brush, painter's tape must be in short supply, for instance, overlapping the bathroom counter-top) and badly in need of caulking everywhere. The floor carpet looked recently vacuumed but the corners and edges as if they hadn't been done in years. The bathroom door edges were frayed and a split around the locking mechanism, The front desk people (and maintenance guy, who helped me figure out the esoteric remote control of the air-heat device) couldn't have been nicer or more professional; the front desk called me after I had time to unpack to make sure everything was okay. It wasn't but nothing they could fix. So, good location close to the airport, staff trying hard to do their jobs, but all of us stuck in the worst upkept (un-upkept, that is in-kempt) facility I've ever seen.

“Not impressed at all”

room was filthy, trash was left in can, shower dirty, and stunk. Front desk staff was rude when checkin in and took 90 minutes from the time I called them at the airport, till the time I got a ride to the hotel. Hotel is only approx. 10 minutes from ATL airport. Not really located in a safe area.
