Polite staff. Everything else sucked.Posted Sep 27, 2013
Pick up van in poor condition for passengers. Room smelled funky w/ dust on walls. People residing in other rooms. Felt unsafe. Thankful it was only for one night. Get what you pay for.

The clerk was very helpful & great!Posted Sep 18, 2013
Pros: Lighting, checking in clerk & how clean the lobby area was especially duri g the continental breakfast time. Also offer shuttle bus.
Cons: Better lighting for the rooms & a VCR that wasn't broken.
Location: Plenty of places to eat & shop. Plus some site seeing.
Tha clerk was caring about my concerns & needs. She listened & answered every question I had. She display wonderful customer with a pleasant smile & I was greeted soon as I walked in the door.

Wouldn't stay there againPosted Aug 31, 2013
Pros: The hot water was plentiful and the breakfast was okay.
Cons: A few more modern amenities wouldn't hurt.
A VCR in the room? Really? Do people even use those anymore? No public restroom. No pool. Lumpy pillows. Fortunately I only needed the room for a single night, and just to grab some sleep. I know you get what you pay for (and this was fairly cheap) but I wouldn't stay there again.

Not a good motel, carpet dirty, chairs have spill mark on them, tv must been made in 1970s, very old, could not see the picture clearly, no Ironer, refrig made funny noise, shower head in working condition, but old and not much water coming out, internet was good, receptionest did not wanted anybody bother her while conversing with a man about her future plans, not respectful at all, I give it one star the most. I felt I paid too much.

not worth the moneyPosted Jun 17, 2013
Pros: what I did like was that it was by stores and there was a subway across the street if I wanted to get something to eat.
Cons: everything needs to be improved.
Location: the location was ok
the hotel room that I had the carpet was nasty it had stains all in it. who ever had the room above me all your heard was stomping across the floor when they walked. the room was some what clean. when I went to check out the had a little bit of breakfast up there. didn't want any of that. but when I went to get coffee I grabbed a half and half to put in my coffee didn't really pay any attention to the cup went to grab another one opened it up and it had went bad. glad I didn't taste it yet then when I looked in the cup it was all clumpy which means it was no good. who knows how long that half and half has been out there before they decided to put that in the fridge where it needs to be. would not stay there again.

Don't stay herePosted Jun 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Check in was simple and went to our room.. My bed had plaster all on the top of it that came from the ceiling .. It had been repaired many times but not properly just been put over the old and not cleaned before.. There was several areas that had been repaired and hanging down from the ceiling. Dirty room the room is typical room off the highway small bed and small tv. When I went to report this room and plaster hanging down the owner knew which room without me telling him which number it was. So they didn't want to fix the problem correctly and just quick fix...

Bad motel. No maint. No upkeepPosted Jun 16, 2013
Cons: Just about everything
Stayed here in June '13.. I have never reviewed a motel before because they normally fall within a reasonable range for the price paid. I do not ask for much but this was bad, especially considering that I had stayed in two other Econolodges on the same trip that were fine. The place looked a little rough from the start as the outside looked old and poorly maintained. When I entered the 2 rooms I had reserved 10 days before, the AC had not been on in what appeared to be days, and with the outside temp in the 90s it smelled strongly of mildew if not urine. The TV was an old one, not a flat screen. There was appropriately a VCR to go with it (not that anyone will ever have occasion to test it). Many of the TV channels were distorted and none were clear. Maybe it's the age of the TV or the cables. I don't know. The bathroom ceiling was the white "popcorn" about half of it was gone and a lot of the rest was hanging down. The towels were small, cheap, thin and many were stained. There was only one ice machine in the place and it was in front of the office. The continental breakfast was very basic. The rooms did have refrig and microwave but I did not use them so I'm not sure if they were clean or worked. And to top it all off the electricity went out for over 45 minutes about 845am. In all the worst experience I have ever had at a major chain. It makes me wonder if I will ever be able to stay at an Econolodge again
