Staff needs work. Took 40 min to get to my hotel when website says only 8 min. Front desk worker needs help with customer service.

Pros: Not one thing!!!
Location: It says its by Atlanta Airport, but not really that close by at all.
This motel was an absolute insult! Just horrible place to stay, and it should be closed down. Filthy room. Incredibly slow check in. Lied about when breakfast would be served (told me at check in would be 5:00 a.m., got there then before an early flight, and receptionist, said, "sorry, not til 6:00" and would not do anything about it, just said, "tough." Housekeeping just marched into the room in the afternoon--w/o even knocking! And no closet in the room--no where to hang any clothes. Just unbelievable, and the chain should knock this franchise off.

Never Again

I would not stay at this hotel again. The hotel is old and need updating. The bathrooms are in very bad condition. The lamps are dirty.The first room I was assigned the toilet bowl cover was off. The shower had grime and grease, dirty wall and the shower head was full of dirt. The tissue box holder was broken as well in both rooms. The beds and the pillows are very, very soft and cheap. The desk chairs in the rooms are old and can maybe take the weigh of a seven old child. Second room the bathroom was old and run down as well. The front desk workers are very unfriendly and very confrontational. Not enough towels in the room. Party of four get enough towels for two people only.

Decent place to spend a night

Pros: Price point and proximity to business meeting.
Cons: Needs renovation.
Location: Close to I-75. Good restaurants are short drive away. There is a convenience store and Subway within walking distance.
A classic case of you get what you pay for. For an overnight business trip, the hotel was good. For a family staying multiple nights, would not be good. Hotel and amenities are old and could use substantial renovations. Carpeting old, worn and stained. That said, room was clean. Is convenient to Interstate and Hartsfield Jackson Airport.

needs to upgrade all electronics...remote would not work the television, television outdated, otherwise just a place to lay down and sleep...price ok for the location

The staff was wonderful. Hotel is easy to find. Some of the cosmetics were disappointing, like a paint patch on the wall, or the bathroom door being difficult to close. The breakfast was great and the staff was dedicated to being hospitable!

Better than the airport.

Had a delayed flight and needed a room to stay in instead of the terminal. The shuttle ran on time and the staff was nice. The breakfast was a nice touch. Can't expect much more for the price. I'd stay there again instead of sleeping in an airport.

This hotel is out dated or maybe they had a room set aside for certain circumstances. The television is out of date and failing . These are owners that don't have higher standards and also they changed the chincy breakfast time form 6-10 to 6-9 0n weekends who really wants to get up 1 hour earlier . Very noisy do not accept room 110 at all 'way too noisy !!!!
