More concerned with profit than the customer.Posted Jul 7, 2014
My husband and our 2 teenagers came up for a mini-cation. We ask for towels and blankets multiple times. After not getting our request handled, we had to share towels amongst each other and I'm bought both pillows and a blanket. When I'd called down to The front desk task for the blanket, she was very rude. I do not believe that I will be utilizing this hotel again.

Nice hotel near Fourth of July fireworksPosted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Love the location and view! Decently priced!
Cons: Again, could have used more people keeping the buffet supplied and the lines moving.
Very nice hotel just 15 min. away from Lenox Square fireworks show. Very busy weekend. Buffet could have used more people to help keep the lines moving.

Nice hotel close to shoppingPosted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: We loved the breakfast, the suite set up, and happy hour.
Cons: The staff wasn't welcoming, also we had to use the pull out couch, but no one told us the covers was made up in the couch already.
Location: Everything you want problem was close by. Love the area! All the major eatery's, mall and specialty shops.
I took my family to this hotel to get away for fathers day. We had an awesome time shopping, eating and just relaxing.

Other than breakfast a suite place to stayPosted Apr 11, 2014
Pros: Quiet room (couldn't tell there were any other guests staying there!) Door to bedroom - nice when we've got some family members who stay up later.
Cons: Quality of hot breakfast foods Location of hot water for tea and hot chocolate
Location: Upscale neighborhood with lots of different restaurant offerings within a mile
It's always nice to have a suite with a door and a bar sink when we are traveling as a family. I was amazed at how quiet our room was even with the big open atrium through the middle! Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. I don't know if the custom options were better, but I found the eggs and pancakes pretty tasteless and the hot water for the tea was almost a safety hazard as I had to hold the cup higher than my head to fill it. The fresh fruit was a nice addition to the offerings.

Front desk person rocks!!!Posted Mar 30, 2014
The only reason reason we stayed there was because of Niscay at the front desk! She was the friendliest person there! The manager is very arrogant and condescending even toward the guests and should be fired!
