“Great Value”

This hotel was very inexpensive but was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. My husband, dog, and I stayed here during a trip to see a concert at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park. It was a VERY quick ride to the amphitheatre. If you're looking for a nice room but don't want to spend a ton of money this is perfect. We were able to grocery shop nearby and use the small kitchen area to cook our meals.

“Comfortable and convenient”

After a false start in a room which smelled strongly of food, I was quickly switched to a comfortable room by the accomodating front-desk staff. I've stayed at this property twice now and will stay here again as it provides well-priced lodging in a convenient Alpharetta location with lots of restaurants nearby.

“Great for an extended stay”

The room and bed were comfortable and well laid out. The furnishings were in decent shape. The airconditioner worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The water from the tap actually tasted good by the way.

“Very good for the price”

Painless check-in. Room was just fine: true non-smoking, clean, quiet, comfortable. TV was a little small and the channel menu a little limited, but overall a very good experience, especially in light of the low rate I paid. Would definitely stay again.

“A good place to stay”

The staff at the hotel were a tremendous. The clerk on duty helped me find a resturant to eat and a Church for worship. Next time I am in the area this will be my hotel of choice.

“Close to Concert Venue”

If your in town for a concert perfect place to stay. Also, decent restaurants and plenty of shops to kill time and eat.

“Extended Stay near North Point Mall,Alpharetta”

very old. Beds are not at all good. I dont recommend.

“Decent value for the money”

The past reviews reflect some inconsistency in the quality, but my room appeared clean. The room was very basic with an older TV but it did contain a mini kitchen. Hotel itself is definitely no frills. If you are looking for a value priced place to spend a few nights this probably should suffice.

“Good Price - No frills”

This hotel doesn't offer all the frills of the expensive places, but if you just want a place to stay at a good price, it's excellent. The bed was a 'little' hard, and the tv old, but other than that, the room was comfortable. My room was in the back, so I had a view of the woods, and it was very relaxing. The place is quiet at night, and the staff has been friendly and helpful when I needed them. This is the second time I've stayed here, and for the price, it's great. Will probably use them again.
