This place was great, staff was excellent, rooms nice, and clean, and comfortable. My only thing was I didn’t really get a lot of sleep. It’s very noisy there. This may sound crazy, but I couldn’t sleep because of the many birds that live in the trees. The tress sit kind of close to the rooms, and there’s A LOT of birds. They start chirping and singing extremely loud around 3am it’s so loud they sound as if they’re right in the room with you, also the live in residence are up and about ALLLLLL NIGHT LONG, slamming doors, talking loudly, and banging on the doors, with dogs barking. Also constant loud smells of marijuana being used. Other than that the staff, the room, the property, location was all A1!!! However I won’t choose that location again, only because of the loud birds, and inconsiderate live in residence.

Photos don’t do this place Justice. Second bathroom didn’t have power. Holes in the wall. Carpet ripped up and fraying. Multiple outlets with no cover. My girlfriend joked about not wanting to even sleep in the bed fearing the sheets were not clean. Rightfully so, when we entered the bedroom there was two dead fruit flies on the top sheet.. if you want a cheap place to stay, this is it, but don’t expect conditions shown in photos…

The staff at check in were friendly & courteous. However, the room, while clean, needed maintenance. The outside of the rooms (walkway, stairs, etc) were filthy, the parking lot was trashy. The overall condition of the motel is deplorable. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is location to Truist Field. This place needs to up its game to be on par with The Battery.

Better hire better people
Tried calling for a late check in and was told at 1am I couldn’t check in. So I asked if he could just check me in now because I wasn’t gonna be able to get there by 1am cause of car troubles. He rudely said no land I asked why not because the hotel in Dallas did it for me with no trouble, and it’s the same hotel chain. He said “I’m not in Dallas I’m in atl then hung up on me. When I called back he continued to be extremely rude and said he was canceling my reservation and hung up.

The only good thing I can say is that it was an ok walk to the Braves stadium. Nothing else good. The room was dirty, not vacuumed, everything stained. The bed was broken and miserably uncomfortable. Something in the wall made a loud racket every hour for ten minutes. Will never stay at one of these again.

You get what you pay for. The room was dingy and in definite need of repair and upgrade. It smelled like stale cigarettes and air freshener. The bathroom sink was not even partially cleaned; there was toothpaste and tiny shaved hairs all over it. The gentleman that checked me in and out was very nice and personable. The location was convenient to walk to the Battery, which saved the outrageous parking fees.

The first night my room was infested with cockroaches. i asked to switch rooms after that and the second night the new room they gave me did not have a shower curtain in it, and the smoke detector was out of battery and continuously beeping loudly. I asked them to fix it and I hoped it would be done when i returned for the night as I was participating in a convention. When i returned the smoke detector was still not fixed and I therefore couldn't sleep. Luckily I live in the Atlanta area and I just went home for the night but it would have been really nice to be able to use this space to relax and enjoy the convention that I had planned for.

This property was disgusting. The room was filthy and looks as if it hadn’t been updated in years. The towels were nasty and covered in hair. People were walking around all night playing music, smoking, and talking loudly. Avoid this property if you can. I will never ever stay at an extended stay in Atlanta ever again

Room had several defects and coroaches crawling. People where yelling, dogs were barking and doors were slamming. Couch was uncomfortable and sleep was limited. I have stayed at cheaper places better than this.
