Enjoyed my night's stay and it was very quiet and peaceful. Property a little older than I expected but, a good deal for the money. The young lady at front desk was exceptionally nice, professional and kind. Cleaning crew need to ensure adequate toilet paper, as there was none, after the small roll was used up. But, still, a good night's stay for the money.

Omg I totally love this property. The staff is amazing and very professional. I came in for an early check in but the stay was so busy working on setting everything up , cleaning, and doing everything that needs to be done so I just told Ms. Bonita I’ll just come back when it’s time for me to check in because I saw them getting the property together. Every thing looked so nice I came back to check in and Ms. Bonita was still working hard she was the first to great me as soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile . Ms. Natasha Dixon The Agm was so helpful at check in as Ms Bonita checked me in. Me. Natasha came to check my room before moving in and made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay again. P.s They always get you in and out. Gotta love this place for the price . Nice area quite. Thank you , Asia

I have stayed at the same hotel a few times in the past. Every time I’ve ever stayed. It’s always been a very good experience. The rooms have been clean. The hallways have been clean. This time when I checked in I didn’t realize that they charge $100 deposit. They need to list that on the website so that you’re aware of that before you check in. Then when I get to the room in the hallway was a bag of trash in front of the door. It looks like it had been there for a few days and it remained there until I checked out today , the room was not the best. The sheets on one side had a bloodstain. There was still trash underneath the bed so clearly they did not vacuum or sweep under there. The sink in the small kitchenette smelled like there was old food in the bottom of it. The door was missing from the Cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. The chair that was in the room was not a recliner. Just a regular chair that I barely fit in. Then I used the bathroom and the toilet got clogged up. I called the front desk to see if maintenance could come upstairs and they told me that maintenance wasn’t there yet but that I could come downstairs and get a plunger. This hotel has definitely gone to the ground. If I’m ever going to stay in the area again, it will not be here.

I like the location, very close to a grocery store and great restaurants. I had to work at State Farm for my hybrid week in Dunwoody and the hotel is close. It beats driving to and from Cartersville every day. This was my second stay. My room - 153 was fine, but the bathtub was really dirty, the tile had mildew and it bothered me to be in there. Luckily I take short showers.

1st room I was assigned to smelled so strongly of cigarettes so they moved me to a different room. There was mold on the bathroom curtains and bathroom floor, smelled like urine in the hallways outside, and very noisy at night. Roaches enough said
The property has roaches. I found dead roaches inside and outside of my room. I stayed for 2 days and didn’t unpack any of my things as I was afraid of roaches of getting into my things. As I was going to sleep, a roach came out from the kitchen area and crawled up the wall. I killed it. I also haven’t received the $25 incidental fee that was supposed to be returned back to me upon checking out. Do not stay here.
