“Good value”

This hotel did a pretty good job on most points. The only two quibbles I have... the bathtub drain was VERY slow (backed up on you - shower fast) and the lobby entrance was completely open late at night when we came in from a concert around 2:00AM and no one was at the desk - I feel that was a security risk. No idea if the security situation was normal or not.

“Clean, Value, but not the best service”

For the price of the room it's a good value, and the room is clean. However, service need to improve a little.

The front desk clerk that checked me in was very nice and let me check in early which was a plus since I was so hot and tired from traveling.

“Filthy”

The staff was very pleasant and tried to be accommodating,but the second room was worse than the first. The first room had dead roaches all over the kitchen and bathroom area. The second room had a broken toilet and was so hot that we went back to the roach room. Both rooms were so dirty we wore shoes at all times. If it had not been so late at night we would have gone somewhere else.
