“Some things you just must pay for”

The room may have been clean, but the condition of the room did not give the appearance of clean. The staff was not very helpful. In fact, the hours of operation did not reflect that the office closes daily for 30 minutes. Consequently, a guest of mine was unable to reach me for 40 minutes as the concierge phone had not listed me as a registered guest. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and because I slept on one half of the bed, I did not notice till morning that there was a footprint on the sheets. Although, the price was very affordable and the location convenient, I would have paid more for comfort.

“Not my cup of tea”

I am usually not too picky when it comes to choosing hotels. However, I did not enjoy my stay at this particular hotel. I had to switch my room because the TV kept shutting offand after the recliner in the room would not return to its original position after I reclined it. I was given a choice to stay in one of two rooms available. I could have chosen room A which smelled of dog, or room B with the stained carpet. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and tried to be accomodating.

“Will never go back”

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been in with even worse service. Upon arriving to the hotel, we had to wait 30min for anyone to show up so we could check in. Then the woman working seem burdened that we were there, after we had to wait on her. The room had ants in it and while we were gone, developed a leak of some kind. So we were moved to another room (by the same rude woman) which was even worse. No chair, no coffee pot, no iron, stains on the comforter...etc. Lets just say that even for the money, I will never stay here or recommend it to anyone.
