“Best in the Area ! !”

Best hotel in the Area ! ! Was the perfect way to end my Mother's 80th Birthday trip. She was absolutely shocked how nice the staff and accomodations were compared to another chain I had booked 2 weeks before. I will absolutely stay at this hotel in the future.

“OK for business not so much for family vacations”

The room was clean but very plain and spartan. For families with kids, there's nothing to do besides swim in the small pool. It's rather difficult to get into the hotel from the highway, if coming from the airport you can't turn left onto the street on which the hotel is located. You have to travel about a mile past and then make a u-turn on a very busy highway (Thornton Rd). For me, being on business, the hotel was fine and was located close to my business activities. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The room was nice, but not what the picture looked like. I stayed in the fairfield Inn by Marriot in orange beach and it was completely amazing. I guess we were assuming it was going to be the same and as newly decorated. Good for an average hotel. It was clean, close to a cracker barrel, and close to walmart.

The hotel staff was very pleasant, we live only about 45 miles from the hotel and only got it to go to a baseball tournament. The main reason we got this hotel was for the indoor pool. The pool was horrific!!!! The amt of chlorine in the pool and hot tub was intoxicating. The fumes were so bad, after only 20 minutes, my children's eyes were bloodshot and they couldn't quit coughing. I told the hotel staff about this, and all they could say was sorry about that. Wish they could have done more....all in all the hotel is great and has a fairly good choice for breakfast......but if you are going to stay there just for the indoor pool, then DON'T!!!!
