“Great customer service”

While we were staying at the hotel, my daughter severely sprained her ankle. The staff was so helpful and they even had a wheel chair that we could borrow until we could buy crutches! The staff actually turned a rather disastrous situation into a very pleasant trip. The hotel is very comfortable and clean and in a great location for walking (without crutches)!

Staying at this hotel and visiting the city of Atlanta was a near perfect experience! Hotel was clean, beds were comfy and pillows were like my home goose down pillows. Breakfast buffet was very good and service was excellent! Week-ends you can park on street in front of hotel for free. This was a good tip I remembered from reading a review. We happened to hit a week-end when no conferences were going on..so we basically had hotel to our self. Pool was great for doing laps and hot tub felt great after all day city walking/touring. People in city were very helpful and friendly...My tip for traveling anywhere...just be nice to people and they will be nice to you! Keep a smile on your face and people will want to help you and make your stay fantastic!

“Perfect mid-town hotel”

This hotel can't be beat for Ga. Tech game weekends, and is convenient to Atlanta nightlife as well. We love Technology Square!

“Excellent Hotel with Outstanding Transit Accessibility”

Hotel was just fine, and there is a free shuttle from Mid-Town MARTA station every half hour. This was the easiest trip to and from airport of any convention hotel that I have been to recently.
