“Hyatt knows customer service”

Everyone was so nice...not one exception. The hotel is lovely and the location is very good....a little far from shopping. Great value with prices from Expedia!

“Worked Amazing”

I usually stay at the Intercontinental across the street but ended up staying at the Hyatt this time. It took me a little while to learn what all of the amenities were as some were not published anywhere. The concierge though was most helpful and took care of us very well.

“Good Hotel for Buckhead Area”

Everything about the hotel was very nice. The room was large and comfortable. The lobby and grounds were also very attractive and pleasant. The self parking was a bit inconvenient and pricey. Next time we'd consider going with valet parking.

“Great Hotel”

We were very pleased with the Grand Hyatt at Buckhead. We walked to Dante's for a great meal. The shuttle then took us to some of the area clubs. After a night of fun, the shuttle picked us up at the Cheesecake Factory. Everyone we encountered was friendly and made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. The only warning I would give is read the small print. A $30.00 fee was added to our bill for valet parking.

“Fell In LOve”

The first thing I noticed when I pulled into the hotel was the many service men waiting to assit me. I was greeted by everyone and made to feel like I was wanted there. This hotel is absoultely wonderful! Worth the money......hands down!

“Very customer friendly”

Super nice hotel with friendly desk staff who offered us the use of complimentary computer kiosk to print boarding passes for our flight homw, accomodated us with a later check-out time for our later flight. All around, couldn't ask for better customer service.

“Southern Hospitality Standards”

This was my fifth visit in the last 18 months. A pleasant stay, as always, at a very competitive price relative to the other high-end hotels nearby. The staff is attentive to the point of impressive, and omnipresent. The Buckhead area is full of construction now, but with no inconvenience to the ears, only the eyes. I will be glad to go back next time.

Hotel staff were impeccable, gracious, warm and greeted me every time I saw or spoke to them.

“Good location to MARTA”

The hotel and the room were very nice and clean, with good beds and pressed sheets and pressed pillowcases. Eating there, would have been very expensive but a few blocks south on Peachtree from the hotel, was a Greek - diner type of restaurant - called the White House, which was very good and reasonably priced. It is open 7 days a week, as well. Some 2 blocks, north of the hotel on Peachtree, are the Atlanta subway entrances - very convenient and should one feel like taking a good walk, Lenox Square is just a few blocks beyond that MARTA entrance.
