Beautiful hotel - OK room

Pros: Beautiful Lobby and bar area.
Cons: The rooms were nothing special, limited amenities, no minibar and club level closed earlier than any I have visited.
Location: Buckhead Diner, close to tons of shopping. Peachtree Road Farmer's market
The Grand Hyatt Buckhead is a beautiful hotel. The lobby, bar area rival any 5 star I have seen. However, once you get to the room, don't expect anything better than a Hampton Inn. I upgraded to a room with the premium bedding - had to questions what was different than their normal bedding. I also stayed on the club level which had restricted hours and offering was limited with many items coming with a charge. Overall, a nice hotel. If you want to true 5-star experience, stay across the street at The Intercontinental.

Pros: Great location and very clean, well maintained.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: I was there for a wedding and the hotel shuttle was happy to take us to the church.
I was very pleased with my stay at the GH in ATL. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, it was great. Very classy!

It was a great experience. The room was a nice size, and very clean. The view was amazing, especially at night. It could have used a few more towels. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

Pros: Location was good. Friendly staff. Concierge was respectful.
Cons: More tv station selections. Cheaper water. $4 a bottle is a bit much.
Location: 5 minute drive from the Lenox mall.
Wonderful hotel. The layout of the Hyatt is amazing. The room was great. There isn't anything bad to say about our stay. We didn't spend much time at the hotel or use any amenities, except for the gym. Which was very impressive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel close to restaurants

Pros: I liked the comfort of this hotel and its vicinity to restaurants.
Cons: It would be nice if self parking was free.
Location: It's very close to restaurants, and a short drive to Turner Field. We ate at Fado's Irish Pub and Maggiano's, and enjoyed them both.
Our stay at Grand Hyatt in Buckhead was great. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. This hotel is walking distance to many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
