“I will return”

Our room was clean and the area was safe. The bed was comfortable. This was an excellent value. Breakfast was not much but we had a microwave and refrigerator and served our own breakfast. This is not a high end or resort establishment, but is is a very good motel.

“Nice staff, great value”

Room was clean. Staff was courteous and attentive to our needs (there was a party at the hotel, so they moved our room as far away from it as possible). Great value. However, the hair dryer in the room was broken. Would recommend.

Wow! I am truly impressed with the quality of the hotel for the money. I expected much less for the price, and was pleasantly surprised. If you are looking for luxury, not a good choice, but if you want a clean, safe, comfortable place to sleep, I can highly recommend the Guest House. Wireless internet was a HUGE bonus, and all the luxury I needed!

“Would stay there again!!!”

This was my second stay in this hotel and will come back again. People at the counter were very friendly, hotel is always clean. The area around the hotel has several fast food places incluiding starbuck´s!! It is next to I-85 so you can transfer to any place easily, still it is a very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended, overall for the price you pay!!

This was a great place to stay! The location was convenient to Atlanta and the other areas we wanted to visit. It is close to the interstate but far enough away to be peaceful. My mom and I felt quite safe in the neighborhood. The staff was ultra helpful and concerned about our comfort. The room was clean and met all our requirements: smoke-free, fridge, microwave, and free wi-fi. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, just what we wanted after a long day of business meetings or sight-seeing. On my frequent travels, I have stayed in some four-star hotels and actually preferred this one! I have also stayed in some chain motels; none of them compare to the Norcross GuestHouse. I will check for this chain on my next trip, and if I return to the Atlanta area, this will be the motel of my choice.

“Great!”

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. One complaint is that the cleaning staff did not always replenish the coffee in the room. This was not a big deal, however, since the coffee gives out free coffee in the morning. Another complaint is that the "continental breakfast" consisted of store bought danishes... that's it. If free breakfast is a big deal for you, you will be disappointed. Despite these two complaints, the stay was extremely comfortable and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Will definitely stay here again”

I found this hotel to be better than expected, especially considering the great price. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and quite comfortable. Also very quiet, even being right off of a major highway and with large groups staying there, including a school wrestling team! The swimming pool was also very clean and I enjoyed it very much (only wish it was open a little earlier in the morning) All in all a very positive and pleasant part of our Georgia vacation. Can't wait to do it again!

The room was very clean - had free wifi, microwave, and a mini refrigerator so it was everything we needed. The staff was very friendly.

“Tops on List in N. Atlanta area”

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, and at the price, a pleasant surprise. From the front desk, to the cleanliness of the room, to the breakfast area just first rate. I would stay again and refer friends.
