The rooms were dirty, no toilet paper, fridge in room broke, outlets don’t work, phone in room didn’t work. Had to go to desk a the next room was worse. I will never stay there again. The only positive I can say is the staff was nice.
BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE! So many issues! To start, we were greeted by breakfast food (eggs and hash browns) dumped on the ground. It remained there all 3 days of our stay. The young lady at checkin was very nice and kind. In our 1st room, the tv, ac and phone did not work. We received another room, but all this was extremely inconvenient. One of two elevators was out of service. The 2nd broke down as well the 1st morning of our stay. After walking down multiple levels for breakfast, there was no breakfast or even coffee. No one staff wise cared. The tile in the elevator was broken (trip hazard). There were holes in the room walls where something had previously been. It was just a disaster of a hotel. I totally blame management for lack of upkeep.

We were missing plug for tub. Everything else was great.
I booked through expedia and maybe I did not read the fine print well enough, but had no idea I was going to be another charge once I got to the motel. Wasn't thrilled with that. The bed was comfy and pillow topped the pillows were like clouds and it was quiet. Almost as good as being at home :o)
One night for a football game, okay for one night, bathroom wall appeared to have wet & warped Sheetrock, bathroom vanity not level, lavatory didn’t have a stopper, air conditioner made noise, room dated, no USB ports for charging
On my 23 day road trip throughout US NE States we v stayed at mostly Hamptons Inn an for a reason...usually the buildings are very clean . This one is by far the worst ever!! The carpets are disgusting, hair in the shower, shower gel canister completely empty, no hair dryer loby cofee bar depleated and hot water jug at room temperature, luggage cart only 2 for the whole establishment w deflated tires and loose frames. I can go on

The staff showed no interest in helping. Check in time is 3:00 but I was not provided a room until almost 4:00
Hotel was out of soap and body wash. One bed in room had broken frame and could not lay on it. Half used bag of Kibbles and Bits dog food was next to microwave. Sink had no stopper and a few objects stuck in drain. Not much water pressure in shower. Water did not get very hot in shower. Staff did not seem to care very much about the issues.

Everyone was really friendly, the hot breakfast was amazing! The room was clean but the bathroom tub floor and hallway carpets were not.

The first room we were assigned had a malfunctioning AC unit, the manager quickly got us assigned another unit, came to the room with new keys and assisted us with moving our items to a new room. I really appreciated all of that effort. The second room was nice and cool, we were in town for a concert, when we returned to our room it was refreshing and we slept so well. Would definitely stay here again!

Room 320 smelled like mildew and we were moved to room 300 and the door looked like someone had tried to break in previously. There was no shade on the window that faced the road in room 300.
The breakfast served hot juice and when asking staff for ice the staff was very short and said ice is at the ice machine around the corner.

So I arrive at the hotel. Nobody at desk which was ok because maybe he had to take something up. Then he started to check my reservation. Another guest came out of his room and said that the person that checked him earlier said he can check back around 3 to see if he can get an additional room. So the fd agent then asked me if I need two bed or one. I booked two beds. Which was understandable to be given to the guest who had his family when it was only my lady and I . So he gave the guest the room. Then proceeds to check me in, now he neglected to inform me that the king he has was occupied earlier and they complained about the ac not working. I know that I was only there just for 8 hrs but that information should have been brought up before I gave up my room which probably had ac. So we went to the room accompanied by the agent, he asked if it ok , at this point with no rooms available in the surrounding area I had no other choice but to accept the room. It was bearable for the 1st hour then the heat came full force. So at this point my wife decided to get up and start getting ready for her flight. She attempted to shower and the nob to turn on water fell off. I dropped her off to the airport came back to the hotel and decided to just stay in my car with ac then later went up to room to shower and check out. I just wish that I would have been told before I gave the room away then give me the option but he checked inn room got my incidentals pymt and told me after the fact.

The service at this location left a lot to be desired. We drove 7 hours to Atlanta due to a delayed flight that was later cancelled. The hotel was called around 10pm advising that we would be sure to make our reservation (that we payed for starting earlier that day) but we wouldn’t be arriving until the early hours of following day due to the unforeseen delays. When we finally arrived to the hotel, I was encountered with the fact that our two queen bed reservation had been given away and three people were expected to sleep on one king bed. We were too tired to go find another hotel at that time so we agreed to take what we could get. The staff advised that they would be on the lookout for a room with two beds the following morning, there was no f/u made nor any indication that they cared after that. We were also missing full toiletry supplies in the bathroom as well. Very disappointing stay for the name and price of the hotel.
