Fitness Center was very inadequate and pool was closed. Also a lack of towels and washcloths for the rooms, And most importantly, a safety hazard that the boiler room was propped open and could not be closed.

The customer service rep who checked us in was a delight but a little after 4 we asked another customer rep about how cold the pool water was. He stated that he reached out to maintenance but when we followed up he was very irritated and short with us. I understand that he reached out but it seems that he did the bare minimum. I would assume there is a way to reach maintenance and make sure they do their job. It just seemed like it was more of an ‘hey I reached out so leave me alone’. Our kids had to swim in freezing cold water because maintenance never came. Also, I would assume every hotel has smart TVs to watch Netflix etc. Our kids had to use our phone to watch their shows because the 47 channels that were available were not kid friendly. They need a bigger breakfast area. The. Customer service rep that was there at checkout was a delight also.

The staff was so lovely!! We only got to enjoy the pool that Sunday night and then it was being cleaned and drained. It was a good time!

The property, elevator banks, hallways were dirty, debris everywhere. Groups of people would be in front of the property chain smoking. They would also open side doors open and the nasty cigarette smoke will permeate through the inside.

Hotel staff are extremely nice and if you need anything they are on it really quick. The hotel is like living in an apartment where you can hear your neighbors clearly. Hard to sleep when people are fighting or baby is crying. Ear plugs solved the problem so I didn’t have to change hotels. Rooms are too dark. Needs better lighting.

To start, room 1 had a loud broken air conditioner, there was hair in the bathtub and surrounding area, the ceiling and shower area had a poor repair job done, the beds were hard, the pillows were super tiny and I cut my leg in a sharp metal piece sticking out from the bed. When I talked to the front desk about the problems they apologized and switched my room. I asked if they had a bandage for my leg and they said they ran out. I then asked if they could make sure more towels and pillows ended up in my new room and that didn’t happen. The outdoor area around the hotel smelled like someone was smoking weed as well. Would not recommend this hotel.

The property was in a quiet area right off a busy and convenient road. The parking lot was very dark at night, so that didn’t feel safe, even though nothing else gave me that feeling. The beds were comfy, and the water pressure in the showers were great. Breakfast was very heavy on breads.

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. We called the front desk and got a curt reply the the hot and cold were hooked up backwards. Upon investigation under the sink there was a 12 inch diameter hole in the drywall exposing the plumbing. When I straightened the hose, black water ran out, then the hot water came out.

I stayed at this property for 2 months while I was working in the area Overall it was a pleasant stay Staff went above and beyond and were very friendly The rooms are a little dated but they are working on renovating the rooms and lobby My only complaint would be the breakfast It wasn’t bad but it wouldn’t hurt to include some kind of potatoes

The room itself was in good shape but the bathroom was a mess- big hole cut in the wall under the sink, excess amount of caulking around the toilet which was way too low to the ground, messed up finish in the tub.

No cups or clock in the room. Around 9:30 p.m. approximately 15 cars came into the parking lot blaring music, people yelling and dancing in the parking lot, and waking me up after a long day of travel from the West Coast. I will likely look for other hotel options when traveling in the area again.

While checking in, the original room we were sent to was not ready for a guest. The door was open and a fan was blowing in the carpet next to the bed and the trim on bottom of wall was removed. We had to go back down to front desk and be moved to another room. After we unpacked in that room, I noticed a smell of vomit on the carpet between the beds. I went down and spoke to front desk. At that point I was too exhausted (I had a migraine) to change rooms again. I went to publix and got a bottle of febreeze to try to cover the smell. It only helped a little. And last night there as iw as fluffing my pillows for bed, I noticed dried chunks of vomit on headboard in bed closest to door. So no, I was not pleased with the room at all. The evening clerk was very friendly but the cleanliness was severely lacking. I feel a partial refund is not asking or expecting too much at all..
