“Family of Six on Spring break”

I stayed in a suite, room 716. It was very comfortable and suited a family of six just fine (I also requested a roll-away bed). We stayed there for 5 days during Spring break and might I add the free hot breakfast saved us a lot of money. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to my family and friends. The only downfall was that the pool was very cold; therefore, the kids couldn't stay in it. I noticed they closed it a few days afterwards. Oh, and one more thing, the housekeeper should make sure she keep extra rolls of tissue in the rooms. Other than that, I still rate the hotel a 5. The front desk staff and the lady in charge of the weekday breakfast was very friendly. Two thumbs up for the breakfast lady. She made sure the area was clean and stocked.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff even before I arrived! I needed to call the hotel to secure a non smoking room because I realized that the room I booked on Expedia was for a smoking room. I called the same exact day, and the desk clerk secured a non smoking room for me, she was very accommodating and I always appreciate amazing customer service and patronize companies with customer centric values!

My stay was excellent the staff was completely professional and the location is near I85 so you can get around quickly. There are plenty of shopping attractions in the local area etc.

From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. From the lady who checked us in (almost effortlessly it seemed) to the staff who tended the breakfast buffet, we were impressed. Overall, the hotel is clean and the rooms were very clean and quite comfortable. And the free wireless internet was a big bonus!

“Perfect for family of 7”

The hotel was very nice. We were able to sleep our family of 7 for a very reasonable price. My only concern was how easy it was to order pay-per-view movies as my 7 year old ordered three of them before we realized what he was doing.

Awesome hotel!! Quiet, clean, centrally located, right next to tons of restaurants. The beds were VERY comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
