Couch was dirty, but overall the set up was nice. It felt like a mini apartment there were dishes included which was nice. The floor was very nasty when we got there and it took 3 days for housekeeping to come and clean our room.

The property was very cute! It felt like an apartment complex that was turned into hotel units, which gave it a home-y feel. The hotel charged a separate deposit once I got there that was not mentioned on Expedia and it took almost a week for it to return to my card, which was pretty inconvenient.

Been here longer then I expected to be. Jalen has been nothing but accommodating and helpful with any situations that have arised. The hotel should be extremely grateful for an employee like this! They are few and far between.

I've stayed here multiple times and everything has been fantastic all those times. However, this visit there were some cleaning issues. I was in room 623 and the sheets were pretty bad. As soon as I laid on them, I started to itch. Then I discovered that the main sheet, the fitted sheet, and definitely the mattress cover were just filthy. The mattress cover was the worse. You guys may wanna look into replacing them. I had to sleep on the couch that night. Other than this though, the place was good.

Well I didn’t realize how small the bathroom was and the toilet paper holder was broken. The other thing was not much of a choice for watch other channels. And no one new where we can throw out the garbage.

This property is a wonderful place for guests (washer & dryer in-room); Studios are spacious, Two Bedrooms with Loft; Furnished and Unfurnished apartments on the property and nice amenities. Unfortunately, we moved from a PERFECT room because of an apt dweller's behaviors. The new room is not as perfect; at least 5 repairs are/were needed to be done. It is safe and comfortable and the staff makes sure that all are.

The room was perfect for my short stay away from the busy city. It had almost everything I needed, so I didn't need to go out. They only need to put some cutlery in the kitchen. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

It was clean, thankfully! However, there was no toilet paper, few ADA parking spaces, and no insulation from the above unit filled with lead-footed people, partying until 3am. Super loud, horrible sleep. The room smelled rank of cigarettes, roaches and a sickeningly foul smell.

The Tv did not work and we called the office they could not assist us in fixing the issue. They offered to change our room but no upgrade so I decided to try and fix it myself hours later still no tv. I then went to the office I was told no maintenance was on site and the only answer is to change rooms I again asked will we at least receive an upgraded room again I was told no. We eventually changed rooms and the new room smells like smoke our original room was a non smoking room and now the tv works but we can hardly breathe due to the smoke smell. I should have trusted the reviews but this was last minute and in the area we needed to be in visiting all the way from Texas. Definitely will never stay here again
