Unfortunately theres no transportation to and/or from airport. I'd prefer paying a hotel van rather than trust an uber driver or taxi. Snack area had very limited healthy snacks

There are no ceiling fans. Turned the air down to 66 degrees and burned up all night, air conditioning just didn’t work. Front entrance to hotel smelled nice but side entrance/hallway smelled awful. The carpets really trap odors. Front desk didnt explain anything to me about check in or check out.

Beautiful place just a few problems
I love this hotel. It really is a beautiful place. This time was not so great. Our room did not have any hot water. I had maybe 2 minutes of hot water and then no more for the rest of my family. Our second room we had did not have any heat or AC. Nothing worked. I notified the front desk and nothing was done.

My stay wasn't bad at all. My only complaints are that the room wouldn't heat past 69 degrees, the bathroom sink had no hot water, and the ironing board had no cover.

Old and Worn Out!
We lived in Atlanta for 35 years. This Hilton was built in 1986. By the looks and condition of it it has apparently never had an upgrade or refresh since. We are easy going people and not at all picky, but this Hilton was a disappointment. 1. All hall carpets are threadbare, worn and dirty looking. 2. The wallpaper on hall walls is old and stained with tears in it. 3. The room wallpaper is in the same condition. 4. There was no microwave oven in room. 5. There was no ceiling vent fan or heater in the bathroom. 6. We had to run the water for 15 to 20 minutes some days to get water hot enough to shower. Apparently, this has been an issue for some time. 7. Some outlets and charging stations in the room were inoperative. 8. The light fixture in the bathroom was old and dirty. 9. There is no complimentary continental breakfast! That costs $13.95 + tax per person! At these room rates, that's outrageous! 10. We were met with attitude by guest services when reporting issues with our room. Like they didn't want to be bothered. 11. The painted doors and surfaces are in the rooms and halls are faded, dirty looking and peeling. 12. The ice machine on our floor was broken. Notes: John, the plumber, who was sent up to deal with our hot water issue, was helpful and pleasant. Summary: This hotel has apparently gone 37 years without an upgrade. The over all worn out condition is an embarrassment to the Hilton name. We'll never go back. There are way nicer places to stay for a better value.

Nice hotel! Norman at the front desk gave wonderful customer service and he was quite impressionable. The room was nice but only had 1 trash can in the bathroom. Thought there should’ve been a trash can next to the desk. Also the tub was old and needs to be reglazed and caulked. The beds are comfortable and resulted in a good night sleep.

total dishonesty
I am unable with the service and honesty of the staff at this facility. My son had left behind a lunch box with his wallet inside containing all of his savings money from several Christmas and holidays. I called to check to see if it was found. Fortunately, it was found but the unfortunate thing is that the amount they told me that’s still inside the wallet is way far less than what it’s supposed to be. I was told that I need to speak the housing keeping manager (for further investigation), whom I’ve called numerous times and each time left a voicemail message but all have been unresponsive and it has been a little over a week. I don’t think they’re honest and have the sincerity to investigate anything to justify my misfortunate problem here.
