Property is across the street from the ga aquarium. I am a 58 year old grandmother and I took my 15 year old and 6 year old granddaughters. Felt very safe even walking due to a lot of police presence in the area. Parked in the hotel parking garage which was 20 dollars per day. Restaurants within walking distance and one in hotel. Would stay again. Hotel is clean. We stayed right above pool area but would ask for a different room next time due to people were up and loud at 1 am. That was literally the only con to our stay.

I was not informed until I got there that parking was extra. It was $40 a day or $50 a day for valet. When booking a room they should have told me of that.

I booked this hotel room for the convenience to the convention center. The property is dated and musty. The walls are very thin and the people next to us were fighting until well past midnight. Our room was over the pool and again, lots of shouting until midnight. The staff is very gracious and everyone met us with a smile - it’s unfortunate the state of the property and the clientele. For almost $400 a night, I would never stay here again.

Loved the stay. Nice room. Helpful staff. Breakfast was good, but tad pricey. Pool/spa was nice but could have used a more powerful filter. Nice area close to down town within walking distance. Would have liked blackout curtains because the area is bright all night.

Centrally located property in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The staff is friendly, the room size is good, but the hotel is a bit dated and the lobby’s condition is subpar. The breakfast buffet is 2/5 in my opinion but the price is ok. TIP: If you’re planning of visiting the gorgia aquarium, get tickets from the lobby of this hotel and you’ll save some money.

The front desk staff was excellent especially the young man from India! I was disappointed in the brunch. Tea bags just dropped on the table, waitress did not listen to order {she seemed side tracked} Valet was very helpful.

Charged for breakfast that is always complimentary at the cheaper hotels. And the exact same items! The staff was not all that polite. Very indifferent towards the guests. Hotel restaurant food was tasteless and improperly prepared. The chef should taste his own food.

It is extremely pricey- not only did I pay $250 for one night I paid an extra $50 deposit (When I read it on the website it made me think it was one of those that was returned if you didn’t damage the room) then of course parking was $80 because my husband and I drove separately. So overall I paid $380 for one night. I paid only $20 more to stay on the beach for 4 nights!?!? It was very noisy. There was a helicopter flying around till way after midnight- nothing the hotel could fix but be aware. The room was clean and nice - I didn’t eat the breakfast because I felt I could save money going somewhere else. I will be looking at other properties in the future when I return.

It is right across the street from the Georgia Aquarium and Coke Cola World museum. You can enter Centennial Park across the street. Several restaurants in walking distance and they have parking in the garage We would stay here again.

The staff was continuously kind throughout my entire stay, and very helpful anytime I had questions. Everything was very clean, and they had security in the lobby, which seemed very comforting for safety reasons, traveling alone. The only thing that could’ve improved, my stay would be more amenities, such as breakfast included or parking included with your stay. As you pay nearly as much as your room costed to add those simple but necessary options.Which I understand is pretty average for hotels at this time so it’s not a complaint but would have made the experience 10/10

Really enjoyed our stay here. The penthouse suite has fantastic views of the city! And the front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Parking as great and it's in a super convenient location to walk.

The parking fee of $40/night is a bit steep when you already pay several hundred a night to stay in the hotel.

We really enjoyed that this hotel was walkable to many attractions and restaurants. However, I feel we had trouble with the hotel itself from the beginning. Upon check in, we were told there was no hotel parking and we had to pay $40-$50 PER NIGHT to park in the parking deck. This information was not on Expedia’s website nor the hotel’s website and no one called or emailed to let us know about this. This was extremely frustrating and when I expressed this while checking in, I was pretty much given a shoulder shrug. The other problems we encountered was that the room key card was our “ticket” in and out of the parking deck, which stopped working twice and we were stuck for 15-20 minutes each time trying to get a hold of someone to come let us out. One morning, the only 1 of the hotel elevators were in service. While waiting for them, a maintenance worker came by and told us to take the stairs downstairs. We took the stairs and were then locked inside of the staircase! When we finally got someone to open the door, my husband informed the front desk of what happened and they told us we should not have been in the staircase. No concern over the fact that an employee told us to use them because of the elevators were not working and no concern that the doors were locked (fire safety!). Also, a small complimentary breakfast is not offered. The only breakfast offered is a small hot buffet for $19 a person or continental breakfast for $12 a person.

Great stay! The room was perfect for our family and right beside the Georgia Aquarium! Parking and check in was a breeze! The staff were fantastic! We will definitely stay here again for our next ATL trip!
