Great hotel choice in Downtown Atlanta!Posted Oct 19, 2014
Friendly staff and a short walk to the Georgia World Congress Center which is where I had to attend a conference. Would recommend!

Very comfortable and cleanPosted Oct 9, 2014
Very nice staff. Good value for breakfast buffet at $12.95. Very comfortable and clean room. Rather expensive parking at $22 per day for self park or $28 per day for valet as the only negative.

Great LocationPosted Oct 6, 2014
Check in was fast and staff very polite. Breakfast was good and priced well. Stayed on top floor. I think they were having a party on the roof with dancing and loud music...turned on the a/c to help drowned out the noise. It helped but party kept us awake on and off till it was over. I wouldn't suggest staying on top floor because of this. Except for noise good experience. Pros-Location Perfect, Walk to most attractions Cons-Parking in Hotel $28 a night

Great hotel! Great location.Posted Oct 3, 2014
The only negative I had was the temperature of the room. It was very hot and no way for me to control it. The bed controls were broken on one of the beds, so it made for a very uncomfortable night.

ACCEPTED RESERVATION...HOTEL SOLD OUTPosted Oct 2, 2014
My business partner and I had a trade show to attend at the convention center in downtown Atlanta. Whenever we travel, we try to cut down on costs and book rooms with either two rooms or at minimum, two beds. The best option seemed to be the Hilton Garden Inn. When I tried to check us in, the front desk attendant told me the rooms were sold out (despite me having the reservation for weeks) but they were putting us up in the Embassy Suites across the road and that our nightly rate would be comped. If it was my wife and I, I would be excited about this option since the hotel actually seemed to be an upgrade...but when considering it was my business partner and I it was a pain when we found out the room we had at the Embassy Suites was a king bed with a pull out couch. 3 days later and my back is still hurting from that ridiculous thin and couch cage. Given the reservations and situation, their substitution was not acceptable. I would have rather paid the nightly right and had what I reserved than get stuck with the room we had.

Garth Brooks ConcertPosted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: love the views
Cons: the card for parking was activated even though the desk clerk activated it.
Location: love that it's right across the street from the aquarium
I loved that we were only two blocks from the concert. No having to pay $20 for parking or fighting traffic.

Disappointing for the price of the roomPosted Sep 25, 2014
Pros: Location They did let me leave my car in valet parking until my meeting was concluded at 3:30 pm.
Cons: courtesy of the staff and unripped sheets
Location: Aquarium, CNN, and Coke world were near.
Checked in late as we had a long drive after work and the front desk staff was not friendly and bordered on rudeness. Settled in our room and was getting ready for bed and pulled down the covers and found a large rip in the sheet. They did send someone from housekeeping up to change the sheet and she was very nice but it should not have been there in the first place.

Hotel close to everything inAtlanta.Posted Sep 2, 2014
Room wasn't available until 6:30. A game in town the night before resulted in substantial issues with the rooms before they could be released. Although I applaud the staff for wanting the rooms to be adequate, it would have been nice to have room available on time. Manager was great to work with, but staff was unable to provide time estimate on room availability.

Nice hotel right in the middle of downtown AtlantaPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Great location; very quiet; clean, comfortable; friendly staff...very accommodating and courteous; rooftop pool and spa.
Location: Right in the middle of everything....we visited CocaCola World, the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park...all within walking distance, even on a hot day
This was a great location, right in the city with many attractions within walking distance...yet the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Atlanta again!!

Nice hotel in downtown AtlantaPosted Aug 26, 2014
We recently stayed in downtown Atlanta. The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. The hotel was a great location to all of the activities we planned - directly across from the aquarium - our main purpose for the visit. We would definitely stay at The Hilton Garden Inn again in the future!
