I was shocked that a fee is imposed on the customer to purchase WiFi. That should be a free service.

“Not the nicest hotel experience in Atlanta area”

Very noisy well into the night. Smokers gathering outside their hotel rooms to chat it up and smoke well after eleven every night. Not a pleasant experience from that standpoint.

“not impressed”

Door was hard to open, felt like the floor was uneven. Found hair under the comforter, the trash can was so full it was overflowing. Called the front desk and he apologized, said he would let his manager know. The next morning I was awakened much earlier than I wanted to be, by a guy cutting a line in the concrete in front of my door. Was not told about any sort of construction, minor or major, that would be taking place at the hotel. Complained to the front desk and was told there was nothing he could do about it. I will never stay at that hotel again, I've had better experiences at cheaper hotels.

“Good, but needs work”

Overall, the room was OK. However, one of the electric "eyes" on the cooktop had been pulled out and left laying there, and the heat reflector was missing. I reported this to the front desk (Leon?) and he said that he would send maintenance to fix it. It never happened in 5 days! Also, there were NO clothes hangers in the room, making a trip to the front desk again.

“Worth the low price, but you get what you pay for....”

The hotel was located close to Cobb Galleria, which was my destination in Atlanta. The rate was 1/3 of the rate I'd face at the hotels right next to the galleria, so I took a chance despite reading some bad reviews. The room was clean and well furnished, but it doesn't include shampoo. I knew this beforehand, so it wasn't a problem. A reasonably sized fridge/freezer, stove top, TV with showtime and some cable channels are included. Problems: When I first arrived, I got half my stuff in the room, put clothes in drawers and went to get the rest of my stuff. When I got back to the room, the electronic key no longer worked and half my stuff was locked inside. After 20 minutes of hassle, it was determined that the electronic lock was defective. I was told I'd have to just come get someone from the front desk anytime I wanted to get into my room and maintenance wouldn't be there til the next day! This would not work, as I planned on being out late and the phone lines and internet were down at the hotel (For the entire stay, incidentally). So, I wouldn't be able to reach the staff inside after 11pm for them to let me in! Positives: I asked them to PLEASE move me to another room and they did so immediately (But I did have to ask, they didn't actually offer it up). The electronic keys worked just fine in my new room for the remainder of my stay. The staff was helpful and pleasant and the location and price made the somewhat minor hassles more acceptable.

“Decent hotel, but could've been cleaner!”

Everyone was super friendly, and we had a nice room, except it wasn't very clean. There was hair in the bathroom floor and in the drain of the bathroom sink. I also found quite a bit of hair on the covers, which kind of grossed me out. Everything else was great, but a little too hairy for me!

It was a very nice room for the price and the time that we stayed there.

I was very impressed at how nice this hotel was since the price was so phenomenal! The rooms were very large! We travel with our dog, I was impressed with home pet friendly it was outside. Very nice place for the price!
