“Decent hotel, but could've been cleaner!”

Everyone was super friendly, and we had a nice room, except it wasn't very clean. There was hair in the bathroom floor and in the drain of the bathroom sink. I also found quite a bit of hair on the covers, which kind of grossed me out. Everything else was great, but a little too hairy for me!

“Loved the setting of hotel.Hard to see from road but that adds to the charm. Great landscape”

Small television screen in room, but appliances were large. Id stay there again and the price is definitely right.

“Decent for the cost”

It was ok for the price; however very clean. The bed was a bit firm and not enough pillows.

“Convenient and affordable”

My stay at this hotel was alright. The staff were all very nice and informative, the hotel grounds were nicely landscaped and it is in a great location, very convenient. The best thing about this hotel is the affordability. What I was not impressed with was the hotel room itself. It had a gritty, very used feeling to it. I could tell it was cleaned but it did not have a clean feeling and there was a scent I didn't like. Not sure what it was but seemed like it was coming from the carpet. This hotel could greatly benefit from upgrading the rooms as it would have been a much more comfortable stay. I was only there for 2 days so I was ok but I wouldn't want to stay there longer. The rooms felt like I was in a motel.

“WiFi”

I was shocked that a fee is imposed on the customer to purchase WiFi. That should be a free service.

“You get what you pay for !!”

In order to get room service, you need to book for 7 consecitive days. When i check in there was issues with my booked room and when i complained they switched me to another room. There was a pair of shorts and shirt left in the dresser drawer. There fridge could use some TLC. The mattress was worn out and needed to be replaced. I flipped the mattress and found 2 unopened condoms under the mattress. All of these things make me question how clean the place was.

“not impressed”

Door was hard to open, felt like the floor was uneven. Found hair under the comforter, the trash can was so full it was overflowing. Called the front desk and he apologized, said he would let his manager know. The next morning I was awakened much earlier than I wanted to be, by a guy cutting a line in the concrete in front of my door. Was not told about any sort of construction, minor or major, that would be taking place at the hotel. Complained to the front desk and was told there was nothing he could do about it. I will never stay at that hotel again, I've had better experiences at cheaper hotels.

“You get what you pay for....”

It's an "ok" hotel in a good area. Very close to the interstate and many eateries. I didn't like my room, simply because it was not that clean. I found hair that wasn't mines on the sheets/comforter. Under the bathroom sink had a funky smell to it.
