Rooms were comfortable. The shower was nice. Breakfast was OK. Eggs weren't very good but the rest was fine. paid $20 to park but there was plenty of parking. The location was close for a visit to GT and Emory.

Great location (close to Buckhead Theater). Rooms clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Only complaint is price of parking per night (pay through an app) and walls are very thin (could hear noisy neighbors). Overall nice stay.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was really good! The only downside was I wished we didn’t have to pay for parking. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Where do I start? The hotel could not find our paid for reservation, I was not informed about the $150 deposit ahead of time. That was fine but inform me please. The $24/a night parking, on top of the afternoon staff that checked us in being very rude as if they were better than someone, the younger guy that was there in the am was great very professional & understanding. Once i got into my room 2 hours after check in we had a lot of cleaning to do thank God i brought my cleaning supplies their was smudged brown stuff on the toilet seat very nasty sure hate to see the housekeeps house. l We had to go buy towels because most of them that were in the room were nasty. I went to sit on the bed to see the comfort level and if i didn’t know any better i would have thought i was sitting on a prison cot. There was no box spring under the mattress it was just a top mattress sitting on a bed frame. The dishes in the dishwasher were so dusty we couldn’t use them as if they were there for years. Had to go buy paper products. On the morning of checking out we asked for late check out, the front desk said it was fine. Not once but twice did the house keeper come into the room before 11am. She knocked once and then used her key. This hotel charges too much for the BS we had to deal with. We won’t be back. No Thank you!

When we checked into our room, we noticed that the shower gel was not available and we had to call and go down to get one. We noticed roaches in the kitchen area which is disgusting. The shower was not draining properly and no action was taken despite informing the front desk. We wont ever stay in this hotel again.

I prepaid for the hotel stay and was surprised on arrival. I was informed that I needed to pay $525 for incidentals ($75 per night. During my week stay, housekeeping came to my room once. I asked for fresh towels and wash clothes and was given some towels. The staff stated that she would return with some wash clothes but never returned.

Great property but they had recently painted the wood surface in the rooms so it smells like lacquer. It gave us a headache. They did switch rooms for us but that room had the same issues but wasn’t as bad. Staff was very polite. The lacquer was still wet so it got all over anything that touched it.

Nice hotel
Nice place. Everything was clean and fresh. Elevator and floor layout is a bit confusing, but really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was great.

Should’ve been nice, but very uncomfortable.
Not what you would expect from Hilton. Hotel had a nice setup and family suite was spacious. However, there were bugs in the room, and the A/C was horrific. For whatever reason, they decided to build a cabinet around the mini split wall unit. Doing so completely shut off the units ability to breath and blow air. They did this in both of our rooms. Top of the cabinet was loose so we had to take it off just to get a little bit of air to come out. Still did not cool down the room. There was no bathroom exhaust fan, so the room heated up even more if someone took a shower. At least the staff was kind enough to get us a portable fan to help us be able to sleep.

Only complaint was air in the room wasn’t nearly as cold as I like it but they quickly sent someone to the room to rectify it. Overall loved the 2 bedroom suite option, definitely would stay again
