“Loved it.”

Loved everything about this hotel. The room was so comfortable and well outfitted that I could have been happy staying in all night. A great hotel for leisure visitors and business travelers. And the location is convenient to major sites and the train.

Bathroon had cracks in the wall, that had been fixed . BUt they where not fixed the right way. Looks like they just coverd the cracks with chalck. The rooms were very nice, two beds and a huge sofa. Beds and pillows were confiy.

“Gem of a hotel tucked in a world of metal & glass!”

From the time we arrived until the time we left, we could not have been happier with our stay at Hyatt Place. The entire staff from reception to the cleaning crew were nice, proficient and helpful. The reception staff helped us find a local pizza delivery for the kids, and even called them and straightened out our order when they delivered to the wrong Hyatt. The dryer in our room died and the maintenance staff had a new one in our room before I returned upstairs. We asked that our room not be cleaned during our stay, but we caught the cleaning lady in the hall and asked her to empty the trash cans, she came in and asked the kids if they were enjoying their trip and left with a smile. The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 adults and 4 children and the bar area in the room was a great bonus for us as we made sandwiches in the room one night. The complimentary wi-fi was great too, since I had left my cell phone at home and needed to contact the parents of a couple of the kids. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable! Breakfast didn't disappoint either, there was pancakes, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, cereal, OJ, apple juice and milk, which more than satisfied my crew. We enjoyed the patio so much that we ate out there one night after letting the kids run around for a little while out there. The parking was a bit pricey but I after seeing the secure parking, I was not worried about anything we may have mistakenly left in the van. The bathroom is small though.

“Pleasant visit”

The experience was so wonderful. The staff was so nice and pleasant, the room was clean and so was the bathroom. Also, The breakfast was great, love the waffles, but overall i had a wonderful stay. I will stay at this hotel anytime.

“Had a great time in Atlanta”

Planned our first entire family vacation ( 5 year old and 1 year old) to Atlanta for the aquarium and zoo. Picked this hotel ,honestly , due to its location being rather central to both areas. Shuttle service was nice to have, although it will not take you to the zoo. Our second driver was awesome and helped us get to the zoo by MARTA (which is not bad, but get a bus schedule). The hotel was nice and clean and the staff friendly and helpful.I was a little unsure about a king and sofa bed room since I knew my husband or me would end up on the sofa bed with a kid. However it was fairly comfortable. Bathrooms are a little on the small side. The parking was AWFUL but I understand it is that way in all downtown Atlanta. Only complaint, hard to find somewhere close to eat..ended up eating at hotel more than we had planned.

“Great value for the money.”

This hotel was very close to many downtown sites and activities. It was small but had a very accomodating staff who were very guest oriented. I did have one problem during my stay and while slightly inconvenienced, the staff was extremely helpful in offering solutions and alternatives until it could be resolved. They also had a free shuttle to anywhere within a 3 mile radius, so even though the seminar I was attending was a few blocks away, if I did not want to walk at night they could pick me up. The morning continental breakfast buffet that was included with my stay was very good and had an abundant variety of which to chose. Overall a great experience and I saved enough money to eat at the excellent restaurant right next door.

“Excellent Service”

The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly and very helpful. Wi-fi is free and they advised me how to avoid inadvertently signing on to the fee for service wi-fi at the Hyatt down the road. They also gave me directions and recommendations to area attractions and introduced me to the free shuttle bus driver to take me there. They also advised me of all the hotel amenities (e.g., free breakfast, Internet and printer for printing boarding passes) in a friendly manner. The location was great and the room was much nicer and more spacious than I expected. The ONLY thing that was negative is that there was NO lotion provided in the bathroom. In this day of airline restrictions, I didn't pack any skin lotion assuming that it would be provided by the hotel. Plan to stay at this great little hotel, but bring your own lotion!

“Wonderful”

The hotel was located near everything. The rooms were clean, although the bathrooms were small. The staff were amazing and so helpful. I would definately stay here again

“Wonderful Hotel close to NYC”

This hotel lived up to its high star rating for cleanliness and comfort. Its location being close to NYC and the reasonableness of the price was awesome!

“Excellent Hotel personnel”

The Hotel personnel were extremely courteous and helpful. Except for some teen/college-age guests who arrived on Saturday and were outside making noise all throughout the night, our stay was very good. Fortunately, we were on the 5th floor and their noise didn't bother too much. I believe the Hotel personnel should have removed them from the premises, but they didn't.
