Good hotel for a one night stay.Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: The location. There is a shuttle to take you within 3 miles but we did not use it.
Cons: Maybe the air conditioner, never really got to cool but it is Atlanta in the summer.
Location: Walking distance to GA Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, short driving distance to Fernbank and the Zoo.
The hotel is in a good location for walking to some attractions. The room was small and the bathroom was really small. The room was clean with a few exceptions, the sheets on the sofa bed needed to be changed. The lady at check in was wonderful but I did not get her name. Everyone of the staff that we talked with was very nice. There is no pool at this hotel. Parking was fine, the breakfast was good. I would not recommend staying here for a long length of time unless they have much larger rooms but I would stay again for one night.

Excellent facility and close to everything.Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, Convenience, Staff.
Cons: I was very pleased.
Location: This is right in downtown Atlanta. MARTA, Georgia Dome, CNN, GWCC, Civil Rights museum, Centennial Park, Peachtree mall-food court + great restaurants
Visited Atlanta for a convention. The hotel is within walking distance to the MARTA which is very convenient, or the shuttle took us back and forth to the Civil Rights museum, World of Coca Cola, CNN, Georgia Dome, Georgia World Convention Center, etc. The entire staff was happy, smiling, and fun. I definitely want to visit again and stay at the Hyatt Place. The hotel itself looks new and was very comfortable.

Location: The restaurant next door, Max Lager, was very good and so convenient when walking all day to, from and around Convention venues.
The staff couldn't have been nicer or more personable! The shuttle service was handy when available, but since most were going to same venue at same time, we weren't always able to snag a ride. But, even that wasn't really a problem because the location was within walking distance of the Convention venues. At another guests recommendation, I tried out the flat bread pizza for a late night snack since we had a late lunch/early dinner. It was very tasty, convenient, and hit the spot! The breakfast was quite comprehensive, something for everyone. I was pleased with my choice of hotels and it worked perfectly for my traveling partner and I.

Convenient LocationPosted Jun 2, 2015
Pros: Location, cleanliness, friendly staff and free wifi
Cons: offer a choice in pillows and free parking
Very clean hotel, friendly staff and relatively quiet. Could hear the ambulances occasionally outside but never heard anyone in the hallways or around us. The only real negative is the pillows. It would be really nice if they provided a variety of pillows like some other chains do. I know some people like feather pillows but I most definitely do not. They go flat the minute you lay on them. My daughter and I both had neck aches and headaches our whole stay because of the pillows. Having a choice would be awesome.

Older hotel with no parkingPosted Jun 1, 2015
My wife and I stayed here May 29th-31st. Check in was OK but parking was very limited and you had to pay $22 a day just to park at their lot. They have a small gated lot close to the doors then maybe 15-20 parking spots outside the gate and another (very small) parking garage under the hotel that's is horrible to get in and out of and our small suv (kia) had issues fitting in between the concrete columns. They also offer a first come first serve shuttle that only goes up 3 miles from the hotel.
