We were impressed when we walked in the door we felt the concern of the staff and it was until we left.

“A good place for business travelers”

I stayed at this hotel for six nights. My counterparts at the business conference were mostly staying at another hotel about three blocks away. After hearing them complain all week about their over-priced, underserviced accommodations, I was thankful I was at Hyatt Place. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. However, the workout room was pretty small and some of the audio didn't work.

Nice hotel for the price - lived up to the stars. the people were exceptionally friendy, helpful and courteous. My only complaint was the pricing on the convenience food service in the lobby - a little high.

“Wonderful experience”

Visited Atlanta with a friend in July for vacation. The hotel was very close to the subway and within walking distance to the Aquarium and the World of Coca Cola. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly. It was a great deal with a continental breakfast and complimentary shuttle included. The restaurant next door was excellent too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

“I had no problems, Front DESK very helpful”

The reps were friendly, professional, and always greeted me, even if they saw me walk pass 50 times. They printed out local maps for me, gave me some referrals about the area and I wouldnt mind going back.

We were very impressed with the quality appearence and comfort. In and out parking was a plus.

“Very pleased”

Hyatt Place Atlanta was a great deal. While traffic in Atlanta is stressful, we had no problem at all since they offered shuttle service to anyplace within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. Once we parked, we did not have to use our vehicle at all until we left. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of my grandchildren got sick and they found a walk-in clinic we could take him to and offered the shuttle to take us. Thankfully, we did not have to go, but it meant the world to me that they got all necessary information for us and offered the shuttle. I would definitely stay at Hyatt Place Atlanta again.

“Weekend trip”

We loved staying at this hotel. It is so close to everything and they have a free shuttle for locations within a three mile radius. The staff was amazing and this was are easiest stay we have had in our last five trips. We plan on going back to Atlanta soon and we will stay here again!

“Awesome! Definitely a Do Over!!!”

Everything was great. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. The pictures that are shown on their website are exactly how things were. Very clean and comfortable. THe room was so spacious which is something I definitely wasn't expecting. This is the kind of space thats needed when taking a family vacation. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. The only complaint is that the cleaning people were so anxious to clean that they kept coming to our room to see if we had left....Check out wasn't until 12 noon. I am planning a girls night out with my sisters really soon and this is where we're staying.
